1.

Attached to this contract is the technical rider containing main contact information, list
of musicians (in the case of a musical group), setlist and equipment necessary for the
performance.
2. The CONTRACTED will arrive in Brazil at least two days before the show. They will arrive
at the sound check, as well as your performance on the day of the show, at least 2 hours in
advance.
3. The CONTRACTING PARTY will also provide snacks and other drinks (non-alcoholic
drinks), water, juice, soft drinks for THE ARTISTS and his team during the sound check and
the show.
4. The CONTRACTING PARTY is responsible for the CONTRACTED ARTIST’s air transfer
(round trip), 4-star Hotel, breakfast, and lunch, as well as ground transportation (round trip)
Airport, Hotel, Soundcheck, Show, Hotel, Airport.
5. It is the CONTRACTED's responsibility to have a valid Passport and Visa for entry and
stay in the Country where the show will take place.
6.The nonappearance of the artist specified in clause 1st will result in immediate
termination of this contract, and the entire amount already paid is due by the CONTRATED
to the CONTRACTING PARTY, plus a compensatory fine of 10 (ten) times the value of the
signed contract, as loses and damages, except in cases of death, accident, or severe illness
duly proven with medical reports. The CONTRACTING PARTY will not be reimbursed in the
event of cancellation by himself, the installments already paid will not be refunded.
Nonpayment or delay in any of the installments will result in immediate termination of this
Contract. After payment, the CONTRACTING PARTY must send proof of the deposit made.
7.The CONTRACTING PARTY undertakes to provide all necessary security measures to
ensure the physical integrity of the CONTRATED (Artists and members of their team, as well
as all contracted equipment), from their arrival until their departure from the presentation
venue, including the stage and its premises.
8.In case of any damage from the moment the Artist arrives at the venue Show, during the
presentation, until the end of it, due to any guest (third parties), electrical, security, etc., the
CONTRACTING PARTY is responsible, but cannot be responsible if something happens in the
transportation contracted by CONTRATED PARTY, BEFORE and AFTER that.
9.The CONTRACTING PARTY will provide to the CONTRATED:
·Soundcheck (with duration determined by the Contractor and his team) at least 4 hours
before the Show, as well as Technical Sound Rider sent by the Contracted.
10.All damages that may occur to equipment and objects of the CONTRATED's team, before,
during, or after the presentation, caused by third parties on site, are the responsibility of the
CONTRACTING PARTY and their representatives, him and their representatives being
responsible for repairing or replacing of them all.
11.All MEDIA rights for the Show will be kindly granted to the CONTRATED by the
CONTRACTING PARTY, whether by photos or any other disclosure through any
communication medium, being aware that this will be used only to enhance the image of the
Contractor, with no intention at any time to denigrate the image of the Contracted
12.The CONTRACTED PARTY will provide 3 to 4 photos in PDF format for Banners, Flyers,
Online Ads and Billboards and will provide a 20 to 30 second VIDEO of the event to be
publicized for promotional purposes for the Show in Brazil, sending to

13. At the time of hiring, WHILE in Brazil the artist CANNOT participate in any private event
third parties without the consent of the event producer and organizer.
