ARTIST BOOKING AGREEMENT

and between:

---------------------------------------------------, hereinafter referred to as the EVENT ORGANIZER.
- and –

LAWRENCE STEPHEN EUDELA., Filipino, of legal age and with address at Block 6 Lot 30 B
Ontario Street, Veraville Homes 3, Talon 5, Las Piñas City, Metro Manila, Philippines,
hereinafter referred to as ARTIST.

- Witnesseth –

WHEREAS, EVENT ORGANIZER engages the services of ARTIST for a Show to be held on
________________ at the __________________________________________ approximately
_____PM onwards and the latter accepts said engagement subject to the following terms
and conditions.

A. JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. ARTIST shall render a 7-person performance of approximately 60 minutes as

part of EVENT ORGANIZER'S Show;

2. ARTIST shall render the quality of musical performance they are known
for, featuring the ARTIST's original compositions.

B. REMUNERATION & MANNER OF PAYMENT:

1. For services to be rendered, EVENT ORGANIZER shall pay ARTIST the NET amount of
Three Hundred Thousand pesos (P 300,000.00) net of taxes shall be credited to
LAWRENCE STEPHEN EUDELA (TIN 208-529-723-00000);

2. The aforesaid fee shall be paid to ARTIST in the following manner:

• _50% down-payment of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P 150,000.00) to

finalize this agreement, to be deposited to LAWRENCE STEPHEN EUDELA Chinabank
Account No. 101-602-040-918

• One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P 150,000.00) in cash any time before the
Show.
 C. OTHER SPECIFICATIONS

1. That EVENT ORGANIZER shall provide the following:

• Performance venue and stage at -----------------.

• Backstage dressing room for the ARTIST and entourage - well-lit and with Mirror, chairs,
drinking water
• Clean toilets stocked with water and paper towels at the performance venue for exclusive
ARTIST use.
• Security for ARTIST entourage and their personal effects for the duration of their stay in
---------------------.
• Professional lights and sound system. See ANNEX A: Technical Needs. Venue, lights and
sound systems and crew available for set-up and sound-check at least three (3) hours
before show time. (Note: Tech Supplier should complete set-up and line-checks before
sound-check with ARTIST.)
• _First class round trip air tickets with standard personal and baggage insurance for
ARTIST entourage of Ten (10) passengers. See ANNEX B: Artist Entourage & Trave
• Two (3) hotel rooms for ARTIST entourage. Room service signing privileges for
ARTISTFood and Drinks for ARTIST and entourage - one (1) allergic to Cheese
and Peanuts
• Airconditioned van with driver and fuel exclusive for ARTIST entourage and
equipment while in --------------------.
• Reimbursement of ARTIST expenses related to their fulfillment of this agreement -
e.g. health-related travel protocols, airport fees, taxis and duty meals.

2. That the repertoire to be performed by the ARTIST shall be of the substance and quality the
ARTIST is known for and appropriate to the purposes of the EVENT ORGANIZER.

3. That ARTIST shall not be obliged to endorse any products and/or sponsors. ARTIST shall
not be obliged to join any motorcades, parades, processions and similar activities for
promotional and other purposes. ARTIST shall not be obliged to grant interviews and/or
attend press conferences. All promotional activities are the EVENT ORGANIZER's
responsibility. ARTIST grants EVENT ORGANIZER permission to use ARTIST's name and
image for promotions.
4. That in case of cancellation or postponement of the show due to causes which a_r_e_
_c_l_a_s_s_i_f_i_e_d_ _a_s_ _f_o_r_t_u_i_t_o_u_s_ _e_v_e_n_t_,_ _f_o_r_c_e_
_m_a_j_e_u_r_e_,_ _“a_c_t_s_ _o_f_ _g_o_d_,_” _a_c_t_s_ _o_f_ _w_a_r_,_
_c_i_v_i_l_ _disturbances, riots, mutiny, social unrest, sickness, and other similar
incidents, the EVENT ORGANIZER and ARTIST agree to conduct further negotiations
for resetting or rescheduling of the subject engagement on a date to be agreed upon.

5. That in the event ARTIST cancels the engagement herein contracted for reasons not
c_o_n_s_i_d_e_r_e_d_ _a_s_ _f_o_r_t_u_i_t_o_u_s_ _e_v_e_n_t_s_,_ _f_o_r_c_e_
_m_a_j_e_u_r_e_ _o_r_ _“a_c_t_s_ _o_f_ _g_o_d_”,_ _ARTIST shall be obligated to return
all payments or deposits already made.
 6. That in case EVENT ORGANIZER cancels the engagement for any reasons other than
fortuitous events, force majeure or “a_c_t_s_ _o_f_ _g_o_d_,_” _ARTIST retains any
payments already made. In case EVENT ORGANIZER postpones the engagement all
payments received by the ARTIST shall apply to the re-scheduled date, with the balance to
be paid to ARTIST on the rescheduled date of the event;

7. That ARTIST shall perform to the best of her/his ability and shall not accept any other
engagements which may conflict with the performance and timely execution of this event;

8. That EVENT ORGANIZER shall furnish ARTIST copy of the sequence guide/script ahead of
time. Likewise, ARTIST shall provide EVENT ORGANIZER with their technical requirements /
technical rider for the event;

9. That only the ARTIST has the right to record its performance and to use such recordings for
