Mars
Mars is known as the Red Planet. What makes it so bright red is rust, a reddish-brown substance
that forms on iron, is in its soil. However, when it came to naming the planet, people associated
the red color with blood and war, which is why borrowed its name from the Roman god of war.
Water on Mars has been frozen into rocks, so there is a suspicion there could be primitive life
forms on this planet. We also know that strong winds, which cover the entire planet in dust,
frequently occur on Mars.

All six provinces on the island, home to some 151 million people and covers just 7 percent of the
archipelago’s area, have become red zones for COVID-19 infections.
President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo raised concerns about Java’s struggle to contain COVID-19
during a Cabinet meeting on Tuesday to evaluate the PSBB measures. He urged the COVID-19
national task force to ensure effective containment efforts in Java’s five provinces that are
recording the highest number of cases.
“Especially within the next two weeks, our chances are probably until the Idul Fitri day. We
must make the most of it,” Jokowi said while warning against easing restrictions too soon.
Jokowi’s statement comes amid criticism over the government’s possible plan to gradually lift
restrictions from June, as well as confusing exemptions on travel bans based on claims that some
regions had seen a flattening of the curve of infections.
During a separate hearing with the House of Representatives on Tuesday, National Disaster
Mitigation Agency (BNPB) chief secretary Harmensyah highlighted the need for all of Java to
declare a PSBB status.
“We need to impose the PSBB policy throughout Java to suppress [transmission],” he said.

The worst day of any summer are the rainy ones. We spend all year looking forward to
nice weather and long, hot days. All of winter, with its dreary gray days and bitter cold, we
dream of those endless days at the beach, laying on the sand and soaking in the bright and
burning sun. And then, summer comes, and it rains. As a child, I would wake up to rainy summer
days and come close to crying. It wasn't fair. We suffered through months of school and
miserable weather for those scant ten weeks of freedom and balmy weather. Any day that I could
not spend at the beach or playing ball with my friends seemed like a punishment for something I
didn't even do. On those rainy summer days, I had nothing fun to do and could only sit inside,
staring out at the rain like a Dickensian orphan. I was only child, so there was no one else to play
with. My father worked from home, so I was not truly alone, but he could not actively play with
me since he was technically at work. It was those days that I would resign myself to whatever
was on television or any books that I could find lying around. I'd crawl through the day and pray
each night that the rain would not be there the next day.
As an adult, though, my opinion of summer rain has changed. When you have to work
every day, summer is not as eagerly anticipated. Mostly, the days run together, bleeding into
each other so that they no longer seem like separate entities and instead feel like continuations of
the same long day. Everything seems monotonous and dull, and an ennui or listlessness kicks in.
Such an inset makes you cheer for anything new or different. I spend the winter dreaming of
summer and the summer dreaming of winter. When summer comes, I complain about how hot it
is. And then I look forward to the rain, because the rain brings with it a cold front, which offers a
reprieve - admittedly one that is all too short from the torture of 1000 and humid days. Rainy
days are still the worst days of the summer, but summer rain today means positively beautiful
and onsiderably cooler weather tommorow.

The burning of tropical forests releases CO, into the atmosphere. Rising concentration
of this gas can help warm the atmosphere, which is projected to change the global climate
during this century. Scientists estimate that tropical forest fires account for at least 17
percent of all hurnan-created greenhouse gas emissions, and that eachyear they emit as all
of the world's twice as much as CO cars and trucks emit. The large-scale burning of the
Amazon rain forest accounts for 75 percent of all Brazil's greenhouse gas TI emissions,
making Brazil the world's fourth largest emitter of such gases, according to the National
Inventory of Greenhouse Gases. And with these forests gone, even if savannah or second-
growth forests replace them, far less CO will be absorbed for photosynthesis, resulting in
even more atmospheric warning.

59. Saturn
Saturn, named after the Roman god of agriculture, is the second largest planet in our solar
system and the sixth planet from the Sun. It is composed primarily of hydrogen, helium, and
methane. Saturn is so light that it would float in water. It has an average temperature of about -
288 degrees Fahrenheit with wind speeds of more than 1,000 mph. Saturn has thousands of rings
made of up billions of particles of ice and rock. Scientists think that the rings came from the
destruction of moons that circled the planet. Each ring orbits the planet at a different speed.
Saturn has at least 53 moons, with the largest being Titan. Titan is the second largest moon in our
solar system. Titan is the only satellite in our solar system known to have an atmosphere, which
consists of nitrogen and methane, and is the most Earth-like object in the solar system. Saturn
rotates on its axis every 10.656 hours and orbits the Sun in 29.4 Earth years.
