The Employer filed a petition u/s 33 against the demand notice u/s 12(3) of EOBI act 1976 of amount
Rs.661296/- with statutory increased and Honorable Adjudicating Authority has appointed a commission
comprising of Mr.Ihsan Ullah (Assistant Director) and Mr.Muhammad Ihsan Ul haq (Assistant Director)
to check the Book of Account as enumerated under EOBI (Verification) Regulation 2007 of M/S FAYYAZ
COTTON FACTORY.

In Compliance to the orders of the Adjudicating Authority the commission members visited to the
establishment for the record verification on 09/12/2019, met with Mr.Sheikh Fayyaz Ahmed (Owner),
during the physical and record verification following information gathered.
1. The partial record was given by Mr.Sheikh Fayyaz Ahmed.
2. He provided electricity bills and books of accounts to check the seasonal and off period of mill.
3. The amount detected after record verification is Rs.387100
