    I am Marchkenate T. Toca, a bonafide resident of Purok 4, Brgy. Canangcaan, Corella, Bohol. I am


    currently residing at Blk 8 Lot 15 Celina Homes 5, Subd. Ph1. Brgy. Tagapo, Sta. Rosa, Laguna due to my
    current work.

    I am aiming to work abroad and one of the requirements for working overseas is a Voter’s Certificate,
    which I am processing with my other documents. Due to my circumstances, I will not be able to process
    the document and on my behalf, I authorize my sister Ma. Christie Bilbao to process and receive the
    Voter’s Certification.

    I will attached my scanned copy of valid ID with my signatory to support my claim that I have allowed the
    bearer.

    I appreciate for your help I this matter.
