Process Gaps We have Since 1981

• All Products defined in the FP History should be defined as Retainable or Non Retainable.

• All Relevant documents in supportive of the Raw materials used for the same should be

maintained in soft format and in file format.

• Backward Traceability of any products should be End to End , in a System and tracible within

2 Hrs.

• Once in a Year cross verify the materials thru external agency test report as per Hasbro

standards.

• This Includes All Paper, Kraft, Ink, Adhesives and Rubber Rollers.

• All materials received in stores system should be tagged as “ Material for Hasbro” and unique

code number should be defined.

• This unique code should be as the Master list definition for the Raw materials to be used.

• Periodic Internal Audit to check Hasbro requirements ( Once in a Month ).

• Appointment of one competent person in every Factory to lead these Hasbro QC requirements.

• Any new vendor been introduced for material supply to Hasbro, will have to be informed asbro

and all relevant testing to be done.

• The BOS, SVHC, and other related docs needs to be reviewed, updated once in 2 years.

• There needs to be an authorized Hasbro Approved Suppliers list in the System.

• Documentation has to be fool proof and system based.

• Factory needs once in a Month to conform with Hasbro team to have them selves the updated

version of QA specifcations and chemical managements.

• Material shelf Life to be displayed and be available on product and in system

• Tagging of all Raw materials , and the Hasbro codes defined.

• Tagging of Materials in WIP , FG, RM in terms of QC Passed, information of Jobs, quarantined etc.

• Risk Analysis of all the Auxiallary items used like rollers, blankets, and other tolls used.

• No Supportive items to be near process, machine areas while in production.

• Hygienic cleaning procedure to be implemented in production area with records and for batch

changes .

• All production and process informations to be captured in computerized systems in real time.

• All Traicabilty to be via computerized systems.

• PO can be relased only to approved vendors ( system availability )

• Update Hasbro QA requirement even to our suppliers

• Correcive & preventive Actions for internal or external rejectiosn all to be monitored in computerized

systems.

• Stirrers for mixing should be of SS only, no Plastic, Wood or MS allowed.

• Retention of Batch Samples for 3 Months.

• Dedicated lines will have to work for Hasbro. If not then non Hasbro items also also to be used in

same conditions.

• Frequent Trainings to be imparted to all Team members working with Hasbro Products.

• Awareness of QA 48 and QA 56 to al team members and maintains them .

• All consumables and paper raw materials required documents to be sourced from vendors and

available every time with stores / Purchase dept.
