PREFACE
LUM-GU type of glue machine is one of the key equipments in the production line
of corrugated board. In order to guide the user to use the equipment effectively, safely
and reliably, we have specially compiled this operation manual (hereinafter referred to
as the manual), which introduces the technical parameters, trouble shoorting methods,
operation methods, safety, maintenance and other matters of the machine in detail.
Before using the machine, the user must carefully read the manual in combination with
the machine entity, fully understand the performance and use method of the machine,
and know it well in advance. If combined with the practical application experience of
the machine in the later operation and use process, the user will be handy.
The purpose of this manual is to read, understand and comply with all the stated terms
for each person involved in the machine.
The contents and terms of "safety" in this manual must be read and understood carefully,
and must be observed in actual operation.
The complete set of technical text contained in this manual is applicable to the machine
described herein.
The company will not be responsible for the damage and operation failure caused by
not following the operation instructions in the manual. For repeated failures, please feed
back to our overseas service department nearby or directly to our headquarters. We will
be happy to serve you, provide solutions and assist you in handling problems.

1. Safety
1 interpretation of signs and regulations
Industrial safety signs
This logo relates to the safety of industry and the relevant
regulations, which means that there is a danger to people's lives
and limbs
Risks cannot be observed by the naked eye. It is important to
comply with these rules. The relevant provisions will also be
communicated to the user. Moreover, the general safety
precautions against accidents should be considered.
The following hazard symbols are defined as follows:
"Danger!": there is a risk of serious injury
"Caution!": the risk of minor injury

According to DIN4844, the VBG125 provides the safety symbols and symbols used in
practice to be used. Please look at the following rules

Special provisions
"Attention!" Or sign in some operating instructions. These

The machine is designed according to the requirements described in the
"technical parameters" section for a particular purpose. Other uses are not in
these regulations and the manufacturer shall not be responsible for any loss
caused by the use of the machine for other purposes, and shall be solely liable by
the user.
Note that the manufacturer describes the installation, disassembly and re
installation, start-up, operation, and maintenance of the equipment as required,
and must be implemented as part of a particular use.
Only authorized, trained and designated personnel are allowed to maintain and
repair the machine. Personnel must be aware of the potential risks.
The user of the machine must also ensure that only authorized personnel can
operate the machine.
Only professional experts are allowed to work on Electrical and pneumatic
equipment.

installation, the responsibility for start-up, operation, regulation and
maintenance must be clearly defined and noted.
As far as the operating instructions are concerned, any work related to the
installation, removal and re installation, start-up, operation, commissioning and
maintenance, shutdown procedures should be taken seriously.

equipment warranty service will be cancelled.
- make sure that the power of the drive and other equipment has been turned off
before any maintenance work is carried out.
Check whether all protective equipment has been restored or started before the
service is started.
Only when the machine belt, gear and chain drive stops, and the machine is

protected, the protection device can be removed.


- if the machine must be maintained in the case of a rotating machine, the
operator must be highly vigilant. Check the following items:
Do not wear loose clothing
Long hair must be reliable.
Wear jewelry, rings and other accessories, if you may be involved in the machine,
must be removed before work.
Do not stay near the feed rollers and mobile devices during work.
To ensure that the machine is running at the lowest speed, and in the emergency
stop switch next to skilled operators to adhere to.
- the load of the lifting device must be greater than the heaviest machine parts.
- the doors and lids installed on the machine can only be opened when the
machine is stopped. Pay attention to danger signs.

3 special safety precautions


Electric current

Ensure that the main power supply is switched on before any


operation of the power distribution cabinet, junction box or other
electrical components
Guan Suoding in the "off" position.
Even if the main power switch is cut off, but some are used for
security protection and controlled by other external power supply

When using compressed air for cleaning, make sure that the whole

Penumatic System
No maintenance of the compressed air system shall not be carried
out until the following operations are performed:
Remove or open all protective devices
Prior to the execution of all conditioning, maintenance and cleaning
work, the intake pipe is additionally locked.
- Watch out for explosions and personal injuries
Ensure that all air pressure systems are unloaded before performing
any work on the pneumatic line.

Inspection or replacement of pressure parts, should strictly comply
with the safety rules.

4. Otehr Safety Issue

High level of vigilance should be maintained at the entry of paper

5. Opertional personel Position


In the operation of the machine, the operator shall not be in

1. Main Usage of Machine


LUM-C type gluing machine is the necessary equipment of corrugated board
production line, which is equipped in five or seven layer corrugated board production
line. Its function is to apply glue evenly on the corrugated peak of single-sided
corrugated board, and at the same time provide a certain amount of heat to the board,
so as to composite single-sided corrugated board into multi-layer corrugated board in
the next process. In case of loss caused by using the machine for other purposes, the
user shall be responsible for the consequences. It is suitable for corrugated board
production line with effective width of 1.6-2.5m and speed no higher than 200m /
min.

Waste water:When washing the machine, about 500L of waste water is discharged each time,

1. Strucutre and Theory


(1)Main Structure

(Note: the contact roller and the contact platen described in this section are not available on the same
machine at the same time, and the user can choose according to the actual configuration of the machine
when understanding the contents of this section.).
1. Guide roller of lower preheating part: two rollers cooperate to guide the corrugated board
surface paper into and out, and form the wrap angle on the lower preheating roller to facilitate
heating.
2. Lower preheating roller: heat the corrugated board surface paper to obtain certain heat, so as to
accelerate the gelatinization and drying of glue solution in the next bonding process.
3. Rubber disk: as the main circulation link of the rubber liquid in the machine, a large amount of
rubber liquid remaining after use is collected and supplied to the next use link in time, or directly
discharged outside the machine to enter the next circulation.
4. Glue roller: evenly apply the glue solution on the single-sided corrugated cardboard ridge.

5. Contact press plate: press the single-sided corrugated board onto the gluing roller, so that every
point on the width is in reliable contact with the gluing roller, to ensure no missing coating.
6. Contact roller: press single-sided corrugated board onto the cot to make sure that every point
on the width is in reliable contact with the cot to ensure no missing coating.
7. Front guide roller: guide the single-sided corrugated cardboard into the gluing position, and
cooperate with the rear guide roller to form a small wrap angle on the gluing roller, so as to
increase the reliability of gluing.

8. Middle guide roller: guide the single-sided corrugated board in the middle or lower layer to
form a wrap angle on the middle preheating roller to facilitate heating.
9. Rear guide roller: guide the single-sided corrugated cardboard after gluing out of the machine,
and cooperate with the front guide roller to make the cardboard form a small wrap angle on the
gluing roller.
10. Upper preheating roller: preheat the upper single-sided corrugated board, so that the board can
obtain a certain amount of heat, so as to facilitate the gelatinization and drying of glue solution in
the next bonding process.
11. Upper preheating guide roller: guide the upper single-sided corrugated board into the upper
preheating roller and form a wrap angle to facilitate heating.
12. Guide roller of middle preheating part: guide the middle single-sided corrugated board into the
middle preheating roller and form a wrap angle to facilitate heating.
13. Middle preheating roller: preheat the middle single-sided corrugated board, so that the board
can obtain a certain amount of heat, so as to facilitate the gelatinization and drying of glue solution

in the next bonding process.


14. Scraper: scrape the glue on the surface of the roller to avoid the glue deposition on the glue
surface of the roller to damage the uniformity of the glue quantity.
15. Glue roller: remove the excess glue on the surface of the glue roller to make the glue thickness
uniform; adjust the glue thickness to make the glue amount appropriate.
16. Drive motor: directly connected with the glue roller through the coupling to provide power for
the machine.
(二) 作原理(如图一)
单面瓦楞纸板分别经预热辊 10 和 13 进入机器并获取热量而达到一定的温度,再经
导辊 8 和 9 进入涂胶区,由触压辊 6 或触压板 5 将其压着于涂胶辊 4 表面,与涂胶辊 4
保持接触,从而获取胶液。着胶后的单面瓦楞纸板经导辊 7 出上胶机。
由于纸单面瓦楞纸板经过上胶机时被加热到一定的温度,其获取的胶液得到初步加
热糊化,为进入下一道工序更快的糊化粘合创造了条件。

一. 吊运、储放和安装
(一)一般要求
1. 各部分运输时要以等高的枕木支承垫平,并相对运输车辆扎紧固定。
2. 机器不得剧烈颠簸,不得碰撞,不得倒置、淋雨、暴晒。
3. 机器应在通风、干燥、无尘、无阳光直射的室内环境中储放。
4. 机器装箱运输和储放时要在包装箱的显著位置印设如下标志:

朝上 轻放 防雨淋 防暴晒
(二)机器吊装
机器为整体吊装,吊装方式如图

注意!吊装钩绳连接要可靠,起重强度不小于 15t。
吊装绳与机器接触的地方要用软垫隔离。
吊装时要保持机身平衡。
落入小车时滚轮要与小车上轨道吻合。
吊装工人要戴安全手套和安全帽。
要小心、轻放。

(四) 机器安装
1. 安装要求
----机器必须安装在硬质混凝土基础上,基础厚度不小于 500mm;
----基础表面水平平整,平面度不大于 2mm/m;

----机器在基础上固定前必须调整水平,水平度不大于 0.4mm/m;
检测仪器:方框水平仪
检测位置:主机底座上平面中部
----机器在基础上安装时,要保证其工作辊轴心线与其前后设备平行,平行度不大于
1mm/m.
检测仪器:经纬仪
检测位置:机器两端机架两侧距底高 1m 处。
2. 机器固定
机器固定螺栓位置及固定方式如图:

(五) 机器机器动力连接
注意!连接动力电源时要保证电网处于关闭状态;
----防止触电!
连接蒸汽管道时要保证蒸汽锅炉处于关闭状态且管道内压力为常压;
----防止烫伤!
连接压缩空气管道时要保证压缩空气发生装置处于关闭状态且管道内压力为常
压;
----防止气暴!
1. 动力电源连接
机器安装时,用户动力电源要接至机器电力驱动柜,进入空气柜的前端要加装空气开关,
以便随时关闭或开启本机电力供给。
电源参数:20Kw 380VAC 50Hz 3X50A

2. 蒸汽连接
机器安装时,用户蒸汽管道要与机器蒸汽管道对接,进汽管道前端要加装截止阀,以便
随时关闭或开启本机蒸汽供给(如图)。
连接管道参数为:进气 PN1.6MPa,DN50;排水 PN1.6MPa,DN40。

3. 压缩空气连接
机器安装时,用户压缩空气管道要接上机器气动三联体,其前端要装截止阀,以便随时
关闭或开启本机压缩空气的供给(如图)。
气管参数为:PN0.9MPa,DN10。

二. 使用操作
注意!操作机器必须由经过专业培训的人员进行;
操作人员必须对机器上的危险标志高度重视;
在进行入纸操作时避免手及身体其他部位与机器直接接触;
----防止烫伤及卷入危险!

操作人员必须着标准工作装(长袖、长裤),不得穿拖鞋、不得留长发;
----防止跌倒、烫伤及卷入危险!
未经培训且与机器操作无关的人员不得进入离机器 1m 的工作范围内;
----防止意外伤害危险!
(一)面板操作站
该机设置了完善的操作站面板(图二),操作者可对机器的各项运动及工作过程中的调
整进行全面操控。在该面板上,不仅可对本机的操作控制,同时可对与本机前后工序相关的
其它机器(天桥、粘合烘干机)进行操作控制。

1. 电源控制
 急停键旋起,电源接通,机器可操作,指示灯亮。

 急停键按下,电源截断,机器所有工作停止,指示灯灭。
注意!出现以下情况时应作紧急停机操作:
- 出现威胁设备安全的情况时
- 出现威胁人员安全的情况时
- 出现其它需要紧急停机的情况时

2. 天桥控制
说明:对天桥的控制视用户天桥设备实际配置状况而不同,此处所叙为天桥配置本公司
生产的吸附张紧纠偏系统所对应的操作控制,其它配置状况实际而定。
 按上层(或下层)风机“启动”键,张力机启动,指示灯量。纸板张紧。
 按上层(或下层)风机“停止”键,张力机停止,指示灯灭。纸板松弛。
 按上层(或下层)挡板“ ”键,纸板向操作侧移动。
 按上层(或下层)挡板“ ”键,纸板向驱动侧移动。
3. 烘干机控制
 按“加速”键,粘合烘干机速度提高,生产线速度加快。
 按“减速”键,粘合烘干机速度降低,生产线速度减慢。
 按“停止”键,粘合烘干机速度陡降为零,生产线紧急停车。
4. 涂胶量控制
1) 、双面机涂胶量自动控制系统:主要有以下几个界面完成控制:

开机启动界面

主生产速度:观察项,主生产大带变频器运行的实际速度;

以下请注意有上层和下层的分别;

当前间隙:观察项,当前电脑计算出的实际间隙值;

涂胶胶量不跟踪速度:选择项,不跟踪时,涂胶手动控制,可以按钮进行增大减小,跟

踪速度时,涂胶胶量根据生产速度自动控制调节胶量;

开机启动界面可以进入参数设置界面;

2).参数设置界面参数简要说明(上层和下层的参数有分别,请注意)

最小间隙:涂胶轴最小间隙(毫米);实际测量得出;

最大间隙:涂胶轴最大间隙(毫米);实际测量得出;

最小间隙大带速度:自动跟踪用,实际生产速度高于该值后,间隙调整到最小间隙,经

验值;

最大间隙大带速度:自动跟踪用,实际生产速度低于该值后,间隙调整到最大间隙,经

验值;

间隙计算系数:1000 个编码器脉冲反馈调整的间隙值;根据此数据,结合编码器计数

器进行实际间隙计算;

间隙编码器值:观察项,实时显示间隙编码器计数器的值;

间隙自动调整周期:自动跟踪时,调整的周期(秒数);

间隙自动调整忽略:需要调整间隙值低于该数据时,不进行间隙调整;

大带速度计算系数:大带变频器模拟量输出值和实际生产速度比例系数;此数据调整使

得显示的生产速度和实际生产速度比较接近;

故障排除:

1、速度显示不正常时,请检查主变频器的模拟输出线路,同时注意参数生产速度计算

系数;

2、间隙显示不准确,请检查调整电机脉冲检测装置的安装与线路,同时注意最小间隙:

涂胶轴最小间隙(毫米);最大间隙:间隙计算系数等数据;

注意:班前班后,务必检查间隙调整电机的编码器的灵敏度和限位开关的有效性、可

靠性。

(二)供胶系统使用操作(图三)

1. 循环原理: 在胶房调制好的胶液首先由主胶管注满上胶桶,然后经阀 1 和阀 2 分别供


给上、下层,上、下层涂胶剩余的大量胶液经由回胶管流入下胶桶,当下胶桶内的胶液
达到一定的液面高度后,胶泵自动启动,将胶液泵致上胶桶内,如此往复,自动循环供
胶。
2. 使用方法:
机器正常使用时,阀 3 和阀 4 应关闭。
只使用上层时,阀 1 开启,阀 2 关闭。
只使用下层时,阀 2 开启,阀 1 关闭。
上下层同时使用时,阀 1 和阀 2 同时开启。
当需要排放系统中的剩余胶液或系统清洗后的废水时,开启阀 3 和阀 4。
注:图三所示为五层瓦楞纸板生产线用上胶机供胶循环系统,当机器为七层瓦楞纸板
生产线用上胶机时,其使用方法比照上面所述进行。
(三) 蒸汽系统使用操作(图四)

1. 供汽原理:锅炉产生的饱和蒸汽由主供汽管送至机器,通过阀 1,经过滤器过滤后再通
过三只阀 2 分别进入上、中、下层加热辊。机器使用过程中,蒸汽在加热辊内释放热量

后不断冷却成冷凝水,辊内的冷凝水在底部汇集并及时进入疏水管经疏水阀排入主排水
管道。
2. 使用方法:
a. 开机供汽: 首先开启阀 3,然后依次开启阀 1、阀 2 接通汽源,上次使用遗留在加
热辊内的冷凝水通过阀 3 迅速排出,在确认冷凝水和空气排净后立即关闭阀 3,加
热辊开始升温。
b. 关机排汽: 首先依次关闭阀 1、阀 2 截断汽源,然后开启阀 3,将加热辊内的蒸汽
迅速排净。加热辊降温。
注:图四所示为五层瓦楞纸板生产线用上胶机蒸汽供给系统,当机器为七层瓦楞纸板
生产线用上胶机时,其使用方法比照上面所述进行。
(四) 压缩空气系统使用操作(图五)

1. 供气原理: 由气源装置(在瓦楞纸板生产线上为压缩空气站)产生的压缩空气主气管
送至机器,经球阀并由分水滤气器净化、油雾器混油后分别供给上、下层执行系统,再
由电脑或人工指挥电磁阀,使压缩空气根据指令进入执行气缸,驱动执行气缸完成所需
的工作。
2. 使用方法
a. 开机供气: 使用机器时,先将球阀打开,让压缩空气直接进入各层执行系统,然
后按照机器操作程序(后面叙述)的要求,在机器操作面板上操作相应的指挥器件,
操控系统完成所需的工作。
b. 关机截气: 机器停止使用时,先在机器操作面板上操控执行系统恢复到初始状态

(即让执行气缸处于回缩状态),然后关闭球阀,截断气源。
注:图五所示为五层瓦楞纸板生产线用上胶机压缩空气供给系统,当机器为七层瓦楞
纸板生产线用上胶机时,其使用方法比照上面所述进行。
(五) 机器操作程序
机器使用时,要按照以下操作程序进行:
1. 开机
 接通电源
 接通压缩空气源,调整减压阀使气压至合适。
 机器初始化调整:操作使压板抬起;调整压板压力至合适并所有压板高度一致;调
整胶量至所需要的大小;调整压板过纸间隙至合适(一般为 2.5mm~3mm);调
整刮胶板至与匀胶辊接触良好;涂胶辊驱动电机置手动状态;胶泵电机置自动状态。
 接通蒸汽给加热辊供热。
 接通胶源向涂胶辊供胶。
 启动涂胶辊驱动电机,使涂胶辊和匀胶辊带胶运行。
 当加热辊表面温度达到 160℃以上时,进纸(图六)。

 当每层纸板都进入粘合烘干机并顺利被拖动时,置涂胶辊驱动电机为自动状态,触
压板(或触压辊)压下。机器开始正常工作。
2. 关机
 停止供纸。

 截断胶液供应,抬起触压板(或触压辊)。
 截断蒸汽供应,并将系统内蒸汽排放干净,并及时关闭,防止空气倒流。
 涂胶辊驱动电机关闭。
 若较长时间停机,必须清洗涂胶辊、匀胶辊、胶槽及供胶系统(此时,涂胶辊驱动电机
置手动状态,重新启动,清洗完毕后再关闭)
 切断电源。
 截断压缩空气源。

三. 机器调整
(注:本节所叙述的关于触压辊和触压板在同一机器上不同时具备,用户在了解本节内容时
可根据机器的实际配置有选择的进行)
1. 机器调整装置及其说明
机器调整装置如图七所示

1. 刮胶板接触度调整螺钉:调整刮胶板对匀胶辊的接触松紧度,使其接触可靠,确保将匀
胶辊上的胶液刮除干净。
2. 触压板压力调整螺钉:调整弹簧的压缩量,使压板对纸板的压力合适。

3. 触压板(或触压辊)压纸间隙调整螺钉:调整压板与涂胶辊之间的过纸间隙,以适应纸
板厚度的较大变化。
4. 前导辊两端平行调整螺钉:调整前导辊两端对涂胶辊的平行度及纸板对涂胶辊的包角,
使过纸间隙均匀,着较量合适。
5. 偏心同步调整螺钉:对两端偏心位置进行微调,使偏心方向保持一致,从而使匀胶辊和
涂胶辊保持平行,胶量均匀。
6. 触压板(或触压辊)两端同步调整螺钉:调整两端偏心轮的方向一致,保证两端间隙调
整变化量一致。
2. 机器调整
注意!调整工作必须由经过专业培训的人员进行;
调整时必须关闭机器所有电源,任何人不得启动任何电机;
----防止转入危险!

设备在使用前必须进行正确的调整,这对设备的正常运行和生产出合格的产品至关重
要。
1. 安装位置的调整:机器在用户处安装时,必须将其调整到正确的位置上。机器的中线要与生
产线的中线重合,机座要调水平,涂胶辊要与多重预热器的预热辊及粘合烘干机的前传动辊
平行。位置调整好后方可浇注固定地脚螺栓。待地脚混疑土完全干结才能够将机器与地基紧
固,紧固的过程中注意检测机器的位置是否变动,否则,要边微调边紧固,直至完全正确。
2. 触压板(或触压辊)两端间隙同步变化调整:在电动调整触压板(或触压辊)与涂胶辊的间
隙时,为了使两端间隙变化量一致,必须调整偏心轮的方向,使两端偏心轮的偏心方向保持
一致。调整时,首先将调整螺钉 6(见图七,处于操作侧墙板的内侧)的锁紧螺母松开,然
后拧动螺钉,使一端偏心轮作小幅摆动,直至满足要求后再锁紧螺母。该位置在设备出厂时
已经调整妥当,一般情况下,用户不必再调,只有在换装压板或长期使用后位置发生变动,
方作适当调整。
3. 匀胶辊两端偏心同步调整:为了使匀胶辊与涂胶辊保持平行,以使纸板获得均匀的涂胶量,
必须让匀胶辊两端齿轮的偏心处于完全相同的方向上。由于在机器装配时,已经保证了偏心
方向的基本一致,使用中只需作微量调整。调整时,首先使用塞尺检查涂胶辊与匀胶辊两端
的间隙,然后松开调整螺钉 5(见图七,处于操作侧墙板的外侧),拧动其中的一只,驱动
偏心齿轮按所需的方向作微量转动,直至检测到涂胶辊与匀胶辊两端的间隙相同。然后将两
只调整螺钉拧紧并锁紧螺母。该位置在设备出厂时已经调整妥当,一般情况下,用户不必再
调,只有在换装零件或长期使用后位置发生变动,方作适当调整。
4. 刮胶板与匀胶辊接触情况的调整:刮胶板与匀胶辊必须接触良好,否则,匀胶辊上未刮除干
净的胶液会在涂胶辊的上方涂胶区盛积,造成涂胶量不均匀。调整时,拧动机器两端调整螺
钉 1(见图七,处于两端墙板的内侧),使刮胶板的刮口在整个宽度上都与匀胶辊可靠接触。
必须注意的是,调整时不要让刮胶板对匀胶辊产生过大的压力,且要尽量使两端的施压强度
一致,否则,会加快刮胶板的磨损,并给机器造成不必要的负荷。

5. 触压板(或触压辊)压纸间隙的调整:由于压板对纸板的压力是通过弹簧作用的,因此,其
对纸板的厚度变化具有较大的适应性。但是,当纸板的厚度产生比较大的变化时,触压板(或
触压辊)与涂胶辊的过纸间隙要作相应的调整。调整的直接对象是触压板(或触压辊)的下
落极限点。调整时,松开调整螺钉 3(见图七,处于两端墙板的内侧)的锁紧螺母,根据需
要向上或向下拧调整螺钉,直至压板到涂胶辊的距离满足纸板的厚度要求并且两端达到一致
为止,然后再锁紧螺母。
6. 触压板对纸板压力的调整:压板对纸板压力的大小处决于弹簧的压缩量,合适的压力对纸板
着胶起作非常重要的作用。为了在纸板厚度不均匀的情况下以及在涂胶辊发生微小变形的情
况下都能够可靠涂胶,压板在机器整个幅宽上是分块系列设置的,每一块压板都配有一只调
整螺钉 2(见图七)和一个作用力弹簧。调整时,松开调整螺钉 2 的锁紧螺母,根据需要拧
动螺钉,使压板弹簧作用端上升或下降,直至弹簧的压缩量达到压力的需要程度,然后锁紧
螺母。对每一块压板都作相同的调整,使所有压板的压着点对涂胶辊的高度一致,这样,才
能保证全部幅宽上的压力均匀。
7. 涂胶量大小的调整:涂胶量是影响瓦楞纸板质量的重要因素。其大小处决于涂胶辊与匀胶辊
的间隙。调整的直接对象是匀胶辊,通过匀胶辊对涂胶辊作微量的靠近或远离,使两者之间
的间隙发生相应的变化,从而改变涂胶量。调整的方式为电动,其操作按钮设置在机器的操
作面板上。调整时,根据所需胶量的增大或减小,按下相应的操作按钮,使匀胶辊远离或靠
近涂胶辊,直至胶量的大小满足需要为止。胶量的大小值可以直接观察操作面板上的显示屏
作比照参考。

四. 维护与保养
注意!机器的维护工作必须由经过专业技术培训的人员进行。
维护保养必须在停机状态下进行,所有电源必须关闭;
----防止转入及触电危险!
工作人员要戴防护手套;
----防止擦伤和烫伤!
蒸汽管道维护时必须关闭蒸汽供给,排除管道及工作辊内蒸汽至常压并冷却至常
温;
----防止爆炸及烫伤!
压缩空气管道维护时必须关闭压缩空气供给,排除管道内空气至常压;
----防止爆炸!
清除工作辊表面的灰尘、纸屑及炭化物只能用干燥的毛刷、钢丝刷和高压空气,
不得使用挥发性溶液、可燃液体和气体、有毒液体和气体、腐蚀性液体和气体;
----防止火灾、中毒及损害机器!
用水清洗涂胶部残余胶液时,有水范围仅限于上方储胶槽内、下方回胶盘内及涂
胶辊和匀胶辊表面,不得使用高压水直接冲洗;

----防止电器短路及锈蚀伤害机器!

在设备的使用过程中必须注意维护和保养,要根据设备的运行情况制定维修保养规程,
并依照规定逐项调整、检查、上油、清洗等等,以保证机械在最佳状态下正常运转,从而降
低零件的磨损,延长设备的使用寿命,使设备发挥好的效益。具体注意以下几个方面:
1. 润滑:润滑是设备保养一个重要方面,为了保证机器的正常工作和延长寿命,应切实注
意 “加油”。具体润滑要求请按润滑附件四执行。
2. 蒸汽加热时,应保证管道畅通;各种阀、接头工作正常各种仪表灵敏,指示正确。机器
工作时,使预热辊保持 160℃以上的温度非常重要。预热辊通汽侧的温度比对侧温度约低
3~4.5℃;若两端温度相差 4.5℃以上时,表示辊内虹吸管损坏或其吸口位置不正确,虹吸管
的前端应置于辊的底部,能连续排出冷凝水,不使其积留在辊内。预热辊的温度由所施蒸汽
压力确定,其表面温度须保证胶液的正常糊化和可靠粘结。请依纸质的高低及操作经验予以
控制方可获得良好运转。
附:蒸汽压力理论上相对温度如下:
9 kg/cm2 174℃
10 kg/cm2 179℃
12 kg/cm2 187℃
14 kg/cm2 194℃
3. 对预热辊、涂胶辊、匀胶辊及各导辊进行经常性的保养,清扫去掉辊筒表面上碳化了的
纸屑、粘合剂等杂物。
4. 每个工作班次结束后,要及时清洗去除涂胶部及输胶管内的残余胶液。
5. 经常给气动三联件加油、清除滤出水。
6. 经常检查蒸汽疏水系统过滤器,及时清除其中的污垢杂物。
7. 设备每三年需大修保养一次。
8. 若机器较长时间不使用时,要清洗干净各工作辊,并擦干水滴,涂好防锈油,用塑料布
将其盖好。

五. 故障种类及原因分析
