and built, and when the order was carried out.

By obeying all relevant standards the line produced by EVG corresponds to EU standards
and was EC-labelled.
The purchaser shall carry out all coercive measures according to special national labour
laws, environment protection laws, accident prevention and safety regulations and shall
provide all corresponding installations. All the items mentioned above are not subject to the
seller's guarantee or liability.

EVG shall not be liable for any damage or accident caused by the improper use of the
machine or its operation led through not in accordance with our instructions, by operating
errors, or by lacking working material.

II GENERAL SAFETY REGULATIONS

YYA03

1. Basic safety hints

1.1 Use in accordance with the machine's operative range

- The line was built according to the state of the art and the acknowledged safety
regulations. Nevertheless dangers may arise during its use if it is not operated
properly or in accordance with the machine's operative range by trained or, at least,
briefed personnel.
Depending on the machine type the following dangers may occur:

- danger to life and limb of the user

- damage of the machine and other material assets
- danger to efficient utilization of the machine
- Use the line only if technically impeccable, and in accordance with the machine's
operative range; utilize it safety- and danger-conscious by sticking to the operation
manual! Clear immediately all the trouble which may be harmful for persons.

- The utilization of the line is, according to the specification of the line (see
description of the machine), strictly limited to the acknowledged destination of the
machine by using the defined basic material.

Any utilization different or beyond is done not in accordance with the operative
range of the machine. The manufacturer shall thus not be liable for resulting
damage. The user only takes the risk.
The utilization in accordance with the machine's operative range also comprises
the keeping to the operation manual and to the service and maintenance
conditions.
