Generally, it can help the teachers and students
during the teaching and learning process in the
classroom. Now, let’s take a look at the benefits
that can be gained from the collaboration toward
the teachers and students
Benefits on students
● Enhance students’ level of motivation
● Develop higher-level thinking skills in students
● Boost their confidence and self-esteem
● Support personalised student learning journeys
Benefits on teachers
● Teachers get to enhance their way of teaching by learning
from the parents and other community partnerships
● They can make use of the skills that some other
organisations have to improve themselves while teaching
● Collaboration makes teachers more efficient workers
● It made teachers realize of how and who the students can
be as learners
Benefits on school
● They can complement the academic curriculum with a
wider range of services and activities, particularly
enrichment and arts activities that may not available
during the school day.
● Create an inclusive learning environment
● Schools enjoy the informed support of families and they
can connect with mentors, afterschool staff, and other
services to help support in-school learning and also
improve classroom teaching and learning.
