Hello guys I think everybody knows what is social network and everybody has at

least one social network like Instagram, Snapchat or for old people Facebook.
A Social network is an online platform where you can share photos, videos, or quotes,
talk to people who live far away, or even make new friends.
But that is not all, there are a lot of advantages.
For example, the video games are a good way for education.
Indeed, some parents allow their kids to play video games because they say it’s
harder than we think, they say it’s instructive and that later it will play an important
role in education.
Because, yes, video games are a social network you can speak online with order
players.
But there is another way to use video games, and it's useful for medical studies
because some video games, such as Wii Sport, can be used for people with
Parkinson's disease to regain their balance, have more reflexes, and also be able to
use their arms and legs more freely.
Social networks are used by countries to protest. This is the case of Egypt. They use
Facebook in 2011 to voice their opinions, to organize protest and to warning of
danger. There was the “Facebook revolution”.
But social network don’t be always good. There are also disadvantages. Like today,
many children have one social media, so they can be shocked by information and be
traumatized by that. For example, on TikTok there was a trend, the Huggy Wuggy.
The goal is to make a horrible blue monster appear and scare whoever looks at it.
Because of that, many children go to the psychiatrist because of nightmares.
The second disadvantage is that the social networks make us lazy because for
example, me, I stay in my phone on social networks 2 hours by day, and I just watch
unbelievable videos.
Sometimes I learn things, but most of the time it's a waste of time.
People no longer spend time together and prefer to talk or stay on their phones all day
they discover new things but prefer to see them on their phone than in real life
to conclude, social networks are good only if used correctly and in moderation
