To identify characteristics of ineffective project management.

Reflect on your past experience working on any projects from work, school, or home that failed or had serious issues. Consider potential reasons for why
the project wasn’t successful, or wasn’t as successful as it could have been. Note what you think could have been handled differently to ensure better
success and outcomes.
