Closing and graduation ceremonies for school year 2022-2023 is just around the corner. It
is in this light that I would like to ask for your permission to allow me to present my photo
packages to the completers, graduating class and their parents, bearing the hope that they may
find my service significant to this most awaited milestone.
My photography package includes:
1. Free Photoshoot
 Graduation Regalia Set 1 good shot
 Creative Set 1 good shot
The graduation regalia set will be based on the school’s traditional composition (as seen
on the attached hard copy). The creative set will be for the students’ expression of their thoughts
thru quotation (as seen on the attached hard copy) and such and will be uploaded on our
facebook page (may be arranged afterwards).
2. Free Invitation Layout Softcopy
3. Free Flashdrive For the turnover of softcopies
4. Hard Copy for the Students P160 per student

 1*1 4 pcs
The invitation layout will just be patterned from the school’s traditional invitation
layouts.
Our team discussed a “same day edit” workflow, in which during the said photoshoot, the
photos are outright edited making the invitation ready as soon as possible.
Despite the freebies, we would like to grant a P20/student cut for the school on this
miscellaneous fee.
