Consignment, Selling and Authenticity Agreement

Love Poli will gladly sell your authentic designer bags through our social media
online store and other selling venues.

We offer 2 ways to sell:

1. Directly to us
2. On consignment

Item Criteria

a. Authentic high-end designer brand. E.g. Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Prada,

Gucci, Celine, Chloe, Christian Dior, Hermes, Alexander Wang, Fendi,
Miu Miu, Valentino, Saint Laurent (Please confirm with us if brand is not
mentioned)
b. Like-new to gently-used condition
c. Ideally some sort of supplementary information that supports
authenticity (receipt, authenticity card)

NOTE: It is illegal to buy or sell counterfeit luxury goods. Love Poli will
immediately return items deemed counterfeit

Process

Upon receipt, Love Poli will be responsible for the promotion, care and customer
service associated with selling your items, including authentication, market
price evaluation, photography, detailed description, in-store merchandising,
internet listing, customer communication, and if required insurance of your
property. We will take all necessary steps to sell your item quickly for the best
price possible. If your item comes back as not authentic there will be a charge
to cover our costs.

Right to Sell

The Consignor grants to the Consignee the exclusive right to display and sell
the Consigned Items according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Terms and Fees

Consignment period is THIRTY (30) Calendar Days from the date of posting of
all consignor merchandise. If Consignor chooses to pull out the Consigned
Items in less than THIRTY (30) calendar days, the Consignor shall be charged
Php1,000.00 (One Thousand Pesos) to cover for advertising and marketing fees.
In the event that the item is already sold or reserved, the consignor cannot
pullout/ terminate the consignment agreement.
Pricing

Final sale prices will be determined based on brand, style, condition and
inclusion/s. The Consignee and Consignor will mutually agree on a price and
shall be stated on this agreement. Agreed price is exclusive of the
consignee’s mark up. In the event that the Consigned Items are not sold in a
period of THIRTY (30) calendar days, the Consignor may decide to mark down
prices or pull out the item.

By signing this agreement, you hereby affirm agreement with all points outlines
in this document, and that you are the lawful owner of all the merchandise you
sent to us.

for any future items you send us. Any direct buy and consignment offer we
make is not a guaranteed until the item is examined physically for condition
and authenticity confirmed.
