CONTRACT

NOTE: Any section of this Agreement not applicable by mutual consent of both parties is to be
crossed out and initialed by all persons concerned.

THE SELLER: being Louann E. Hansen of Box 11, Site 2, RR #1, Priddis, Alberta T0L1W0,
hereafter called the SELLER.

Hereafter called the DOG; under the following conditions:

CONDITIONS OF SALE

The Seller agrees to individually register the Dog with the Canadian Kennel Club as well as
advising them to affect a “transfer of ownership” immediately in favor of the Purchaser and the
Seller on a co-ownership basis. The Seller also agrees to provide the Purchaser with a Four (4)
Generation Pedigree for the Dog.

The Purchaser agrees to pay the sum of $1,000.00 for the Dog.

The following Additional Conditions are attached:

The Purchaser agrees that if at any time the Purchaser no longer wants or can keep the Dog, or if
the Purchaser is not satisfied with the Dog for any reason, the Dog must be returned to the Seller.
The Seller agrees to pay all return shipping costs and will refund the original cost of the animal
paid by the Purchaser if the return is made within one year of purchase. The Purchaser agrees
that he/she has no rights to sell the Dog at any time.

The Seller guarantees the Dog to be in good health. The Purchaser is urged to have the animal
examined by a veterinarian of his/her choice within one week of purchase. If the animal is found
to be seriously ill, the Purchaser agrees to return the Dog to the Seller and a full refund will be
made.

The Purchaser agrees and understands that the Seller will retain Co-ownership of the Dog and
the transfer of ownership papers will not be given to the Purchaser until the Dog has been
neutered/spayed and the Seller provided with proof of neutering/spaying. The Purchaser agrees
that he/she will not breed the Dog.

The Purchaser agrees to provide the Dog with a suitable home environment, proper food and
veterinary care. If, at any time, the Seller becomes aware that any of conditions of this contract
are not being met, he/she reserves the right to reclaim the Dog for the original price. The
Purchaser agrees that, if the Dog is reclaimed under the above circumstances, he/she will sign
the transfer of ownership papers over to the Seller.

THE PURCHASER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HE/SHE HAS READ THE ABOVE
CONTRACT; THAT HE/SHE AGREES TO ABIDE BY THIS CONTRACT; AND THAT HE/SHE
HAS RECEIVED A SIGNED COPY FOR HIS/HER OWN REFERENCE.
