Right to Protection

forms of harm including
domestic violence.
2. They must be protected from
physical violence and
psychological intimidation may
they be within and outside their
families.
3. The right to be protected from
child labor, tasks that are
dangerous or impede their
education.
4. Right to be protected from
harmful substances and drugs.
5. Right to be protected from
trafficking, smuggling,
kidnapping, sexual abuse and
all forms of exploitation against
children.
6. The right of the child victims to
be rehabilitated and
reintegrated into society with
dignity.
