1. Develop an appropriate Questiownbe/Interview schedule for collecting the data

from the respondents to make a study on "Why people obey the Law?', ( minimum 20
questions)
2. Quality of legal aid, satisfaction of client, speedy trial, acquittal, bail, class
background, conviction, delay axe some of the concepts/variables which you need to
use in developing declarative, null, directional and non-directional hypotheses. please

use and identi$ the concepts/variables as independent or dependent variables. Having

done this, also illustate your strategy to veriff the constructed hypotheses.
3. What are the considerations goveming the exercise of data analysis. Analyze the
erclosed Tables ( Annx. 1) to &aw appropriate conclusions and their interpretation
4. Spell out'your str€Sgy to test any chosen legal doctrine/ theory and prepare a step to
step plan of doctrinal analysis with full logic and justification. Also identiry the
different models and techniques that you would use in this process.
5. In the state of Rajnagax, the number of litigation in civil matters in the lower courts
have been declining ( by 30 percent) for the past five years. However, the adjacent

state of Bhartnagar registered an inorease in civil litigation by 35 percent in similar

cases' The state of Rajnagar intends to hire you to do a study for exploring the factors

responsible for this state of affairs and suggest the measures to deal with it. you are
expected to develop a research plan for this problem. Please develop your research
plan with the required parameters
