Read Letter No.HOKMB-TVM/322/2023-D2(TECH) dated 04/11/2023 from Chief Executive
Officer , Kerala Maritime Board .

ORDER
As per letter read above Chief Executive Officer, Kerala Maritime Board has submitted
proposal along with the recommendation of Technical Committee for Administrative Sanction for the
procurement of Computers & Accessories and other related equipments for the use of all the
offices under Kerala Maritime Board as a part of e-governance and capacity building for an amount
of Rs.56,64,481/- .
Government have examined the matter in detail. Considering the recommendation of
the Technical Committee, Government are pleased to accord Administrative Sanction for the
Procurement of computer & accessories and other related equipments for the use of all offices
under Kerala Maritime Board as part of e-governance and capacity building for an amount of
Rs.56,64,481/-(RupeesFiftysix Lakhs Sixtyfour Thousand Four Hundred and EightyOne only) by
meeting the expenditure from the head of account "3051-02-001-88- e-Governance and capacity
building Maritime Training and Allied Activities”.
