Engineering studies
The DHET introduced the NCV at all public
TVET Colleges to offer students an opportunity
NATIONAL CERTIFICATE VOCATIONAL NQF LEVEL 2,3 & 4
to study various vocational qualifications.

through NSFAS, but it is not a LOAN.
