being healthy for your body. People are constantly hydrating, washing

frequently even when you are not thirsty. A few diseases caused during
summer are Food poisoning, Diarrhoea, Chickenpox, Sunburn and etc.
However, in summer, we also get to enjoy the abundance of nature, with
access to several seasonal fruits and vegetables. Juicy fruits are found
abundantly in the summer season. These fruits are chock- a- block with
vitamins, minerals and fibre. They can be cut into small bites and eaten
or consumed as juices and tasty fruit salads. Fresh Summer
Vegetables contain antioxidants which prevent cellular damage due to
intense heat of the sun, vitamins and fibre which help improve heart
health, lower cholesterol and prevent chronic diseases such as cancer.
Tomatoes offer extra protection from the sun as they contain lycopene
which prevents sunburn. Eat light, nutritious and non-fatty meals.

Do not drink very chilled liquid. Prevent and limit all strenuous activity.
So, eat healthy foods, drink water and enjoy this summer season.
