Updates on Safe Management Measures

Dear Members & Guests,

Please be informed that mask-wearing in the Club premises for members and guests will be
optional from 29 August 2022, subject to the latest government advisories.

There will be no changes to Vaccination-Differentiated SMMs until further notice. Please

refer to chart below for details.

Facilities Guidelines
F&B Outlets ● Dine-in is allowed for fully vaccinated people*.

Card Rooms ● Restricted to fully vaccinated people* only.

Billiards Room ● Restricted to fully vaccinated people* only.

* Fully vaccinated people include:

1. People who are fully vaccinated (i.e. has received appropriate regimen of World Health
Organisation's (WHO) Emergency Use Listing vaccines) including their respective duration
post- vaccination for the vaccine to be fully effective and had their vaccination records
ingested in MOH’s national IT systems.
2. People who have recovered from COVID-19 (within 180 days).
3. Children aged 12 and below.
4. People who are medically ineligible for all Covid-19 vaccines under the National
Vaccination programme (To present a hard copy memo with government-issued photo
identification card for entry into these premises).

Members and guests are required to present proof of any one of the above conditions in
order to be allowed admission into the respective areas.
