Walking is good for improving your mood and keeping your overall health. Every day you

can shape your body and make your muscles strong. It is free and does not require going to a

club or training centre. Also, it is fun you can walk with your friends around the local

neighbourhood streets. You can walk at the same time each day or at your convenience.

Organized people prefer to walk daily at the same time. The daily waking activity makes it

easier. Walking has the same benefits as running it burn calories and losing weight. But if

you want to lose weight quickly, running will help you burn more fats and strengthen your

body bones. The best time to walk is early morning or a couple of hours after a heavy meal.

Every day I walk from home to the park and start exercising which improves my mood and

opens the door for a new idea. It helps me during the writing of English journal. Walking

with friends or in groups is better. It’s considered as a sport and at the same time a good way

for refreshing and get connecting with your friends. You can meet with your friends two

times weekly and make use of this time in practising the sport of walking. In summer, the

best time for walking is at night. But in winter the best time for walking is after mid-day.

Doctors advise people to walk every day for at least half an hour to maintain their health and

having a good mood. Among the benefits of walking are seeing new palaces, drinking a lot of

water, and having new friends. If you want to be healthy, you should walk every day. Even if

you are busy, think about your health and find some time to walk.
