7-DAY Fitness plan

MONDAY
Push-Up
The push-up is a conditioning exercise performed in a prone position by raising and
lowering the body with the straightening and bending of the arms while keeping the
back straight and supporting the body on the hands and toes. This workout is one of
my favorite exercise because no need necessary material to do this just need a safe
places or proper area. “Although Push-ups it maybe target the chest muscles and
triceps, but the biceps, and muscles in the forearms and back are also involved in the
movement. In addition, your abdominal muscles are required to stabilise your body as
you perform each push-up”. On this fitness activity I noticed that push-up is the best
work out during this day because if you do this exercise no need to go outside of your
house just prepared a safe and clean area. Before, I stared this fitness activity I do
some stretching to less pain and injuries.

TUESDAY
Gardening
Gardening can improves endurance and strength, reduces stress levels and
promotes relaxation. It can also provide stimulation and interest in the indoor. Just being
in the garden can create a sense of well-being. During this day many people love
planting trees, flowers just like of my mother and father there are both love planting
plants the favorite of my mother plants called orchids because the petals of this plant
take 2 to3 week before to fall out the petals of the flower. Then my father and me loves
planting plants that can create a food or vegetables like tomato, eggplant, chili pepper
because nowadays the price of vegetable or other spices in market are so expensive
that’s why my father and me now loves planted plant and vegetables. “In other word
Gardening is the practice of growing and cultivating plants as part of horticulture”. It
involves an active participation in the growing of plants, and tends to be labor-intensive,
which differentiates it from farming or forestry.
WESDAY
Barbell workout
A barbell is one of the most effective ways to achieve this in the gym. First, you can
use a relatively heavy weight because it's a barbell exercise. You can use more weight
than if you were using dumbbells, for example. This means that your body has to work
harder, to move a bigger weight. Also barbell best ways to target large muscle groups
and help strengthen functional movement patterns. Of cause before to do this activity
you need to chick the weight that can you lifting for avoid fracture and muscle pain.In
workout, I noticed that my heart rate and body temperature well increases that’s why if
you to do this exercise you always bring water to balance your temperature and heart
rate.” When first exposed to a barbell routine, your body will be focused almost entirely
on form; you'll be learning how to use all of your muscles together to move an object
efficiently”.
THURSDAY
Jogging in new normal
Jogging can help you lose weight, especially if you also modify your diet. Jogging
can also help you improve your heart health and immune system, reduce insulin
resistance, cope with stress and depression, and maintain flexibility as you age.We
already now jogging outside is so very dangerous on human health because this day
covid 19 are still alive and spreading in our country.So if you want to jogging outside
you need to follow the protocols just like wearing face mask and face shield to avoid
viruses and bacteria. “Regularly jogging can help you lose weight, especially if you also
modify your diet. Jogging can also help you improve your heart health and immune
system, reduce insulin resistance, cope with stress and depression, and maintain
flexibility as you age”.
