I. PURPOSE
To ensure Department Heads and key associates will be contacted at home in cases of
emergency.

1. Department Heads and key associates will be contacted at home in cases of

emergency only. GSA will not reveal private telephone numbers.
2. Call Center will have a list of private telephone numbers for all Department Heads
and key associates. These numbers are strictly confidential.
3. Managers or Supervisors should be the only associates requesting to call a
Department Head or key associate at home. SSA should dial the number and then
connect the call.
4. Associates who are unable to resolve a problem must refer it to FO SUP/FOM on
duty, before attempting to contact someone at home.
