Patient Facing Departments:

Have team members share during huddle one unique fact not related to the medical care about a
patient they are caring for currently or one they cared for in the past few days. Patient names do
not need sharing. The exercise is to point out the humans that we care for. Make a running list on a
sheet or whiteboard and review the interesting patient facts at the end of the week!

Non-Patient Facing Departments:

Have team members share during a department meeting one unique fact not related to work about
a person he/she works with in another department. Team member names do not need sharing.
