Psychoanalytic Criticism:

First and for most I don't have any idea about psychoanalytic criticism but during the
discussion of my classmates she emphasize the topic and gave us hand outs , and
example that's why after the discussion we learned a lot about psychoanalytic criticism.

Psychoanalytic criticism is a fascinating approach to literary analysis that seeks to

understand a text by examining the psychological motivations and unconscious desires
of its characters and authors. This critical theory is based on the work of Sigmund
Freud and later developments in psychoanalysis, and it has had a significant impact on
literary studies.

One of the benefits of psychoanalytic criticism is its ability to illuminate the deeper
layers of meaning within a text. By exploring the unconscious motives of characters and
the ways in which these motives are shaped by their past experiences and inner
conflicts, psychoanalytic critics can offer unique insights into the complexities of
human nature as portrayed in literature.

Psychoanalytic criticism offers valuable insights into the psychological dimensions of

literature, shedding light on the deep-seated motives and conflicts that drive characters
and authors. While it has its limitations, this approach remains an important tool for
understanding the complex interplay of psychology and literature.
Reader Response Criticism :

During the discussion og my classmates I don't have any idea of there topic which is the
Reader Response Criticism. And before my classmates start there discussion they
introduce first there introductory activity, And after he discuss the topic and it's talk
about the reader response criticism. My facilitator emphasize the topic well that's why
we understand what reader response about. The topic Reader Response Criticism gave
us Moral lesson that we can apply this to our future .

Furthermore, reader response criticism encourages readers to recognize the subjective

nature of interpretation and to embrace the diversity of responses that a text can evoke.
This emphasis on the multiplicity of interpretations challenges the notion of a single
"correct" reading of a text and opens up the possibility for a rich and varied dialogue
about the meanings and significance of literary works. Personally, this aspect of reader
response criticism has encouraged me to be more open-minded and receptive to
different interpretations, as I have come to appreciate the richness that comes from
engaging with diverse perspectives and responses to a text.

Another important aspect of reader response criticism is the acknowledgement of the

emotional and affective dimensions of reading. This critical approach recognizes that
readers' emotional responses to a text are integral to their overall interpretation and
appreciation of the
Marxist Criticism

During the discussion of my classmates topic, which is there topic is entitled Marxist
Criticism, the facilitator is act like a teacher she tried her best to present her topic. First
she gave us the activity card and inside the activity card there's a question that we need
to answer and that question is related to her topics so that we can get an idea of the
discussion. The facilitator emphasize the topic and we understand, she gave
example, question about her topic that's why we understand there topic. After the
discussion we know what Marxist Criticism mean.

Marxist criticism is a literary theory that focuses on the social and economic context in
which a work of literature is produced. It draws on the ideas of Karl Marx and examines
how class struggles and the dynamics of capitalism influence literature and the way it
reflects and reinforces the power dynamics in society. In a Marxist reading of literature,
the focus is on uncovering the underlying ideologies and power structures that shape
the text.

Marxist criticism offers a valuable framework for understanding literature in relation to

broader social and economic contexts. It raises important questions about the
representation of social classes, the role of literature in upholding or challenging power
structures, and the labor and production processes involved in creating and
disseminating literary works. While it has its limitations, Marxist criticism continues to
be a significant lens through which to examine the relationships between literature,
ideology, and society.
Feminism

As I observe during the discussion of my classmates she talks about feminism, well

that's topic is familiar I also heard that about the Feminism. As far as I know feminism
is about equality, complex and multifaceted movement that seeks to address and
redress the systemic inequalities and injustices that women have faced throughout
history and continue to face today. At its core, feminism advocates for gender equality
and the empowerment of all people, regardless of their gender.

I learned that feminism is a deeply important and multifaceted movement that seeks to
address historical and ongoing gender inequalities and injustices. It encompasses a
wide range of beliefs, practices, and perspectives, and is committed to creating a more
just and equitable world for people of all genders. While feminism is not without its
internal debates and criticisms, it remains a vital force for social change and the
advancement of gender equality.
