Basic and Optional Parts of Business Letter, Business Letter Punctuation and Styles

I've learned from the previous discussion that when you write a business letter, it's like
making a special note, and it also has a process. First, you write the date, second, the address,
and third, who it's for, which is really important, like putting your name on a piece of paper. To
simplify, it's organized and well detailed for making a well-written business letter. Mitch
discussed everything so clearly that I can consider it spoon-feeding. It's more like handing us the
information through the use of our native language; it's as easy as you can imagine. And also, if
you want to make it look nice, you can add things like a topic or a number. It's like adding cool
things to your work. Just like when you're still learning to write, you use the right punctuation,
such as a mark and a dot, so the people reading it can understand your note.

Aside from the basic stuff she discussed in a business letter, there are other things. I've
learned that we can also add to make our message more interesting. For example, you can
include a topic to quickly tell what your letter is about. It helps the person reading it understand
the main idea without reading a lot. And as I've mentioned, using punctuation in your writing is
necessary and vital. It makes your sentences easy to understand. So we need to make sure to use
commas, periods, and quotation marks correctly because the way we write our business letter
should look professional and match the feeling of our message. She reminded us not to use really
deep and hard words because they might complicate things and confuse the person reading them.
Types of Business Letter

From the title itself, "Types of Business Letters," what we really get from it is knowing
how to write a business letter, for it can be crucial to know in a professional setting. We may not
be able to use it now because we're still students, but as time passes, I can really make sure that
these types of business letters will serve as communication tools. I've learned from the reporter
that there are different types, like business and employment letters. If we write them well, we can
say what we want and express it clearly.

Maribel Lara, the reporter, stated that if we write business letters in a good way, it makes
us look professional. And reading about it teaches us cool tricks to express our ideas. I've learned
so much from it, and I'm sure that knowing and learning these types of business letters will let
the students be able to communicate well, in or outside the school, and more likely in work-
related scenarios. I conclude that learning how to write persuasive business letters improves our
capacity to communicate concepts, close agreements, and handle conflict or struggles in a
positive manner.
Dominant Patterns in Technical Writing

Based on Cherilyn's report and that of her partner, I've learned that the following pattern
of technical writing proves that the writing should be clear and practical. Generally, technical
writing ensures that messages reach the goal without lack of clarity or confusion. A dominant
pattern in technical writing is the expression of processes and thoughts that hold the listener's
memory. It's not just about providing information; it's about making it useful for the human
experience.

The discussion with her partner taught us that it is also good to push visual aids to convey
the message of reading and watching because technical writing draws attention to the target's
memory to hear advice, appeal, and learn from the information. Madam Goyha herself also
taught us that using good organization and structure allows the manager to quickly understand
the needs of the audience. I've learned that it's also part of using simple words and techniques to
make it easy to understand. In general, the dominant patterns of technical writing place
importance on memory, clarity, and audience thinking. These sentences focus on providing
engaging and thought-provoking information, which is the goal of technical writing.
Literary Text and Technical Text.

Based on Connie's report, I have understood that in stories and words, like in literature,
we find a unique mark. Each poem has dreams and light that take us to new places. Stories share
feelings and light, telling us about how people feel. This makes literature a part of our culture
and truth.

On the other hand, technical writing is about being practical. It helps us understand the
technology and processes needed for jobs. Technical writing follows steps and is clear, making
information easy to understand. It's like giving directions, so everyone knows what to do. Simply
speaking, it is concise, accurate, brief, and detailed. But even though literature and technical
writing are different, both give us important experiences and knowledge. The only difference is
that literature shows us emotions and takes us on adventures, while technical writing helps us in
our everyday tasks by giving clear instructions. So, both are special in their own way, adding
greatness to what we know and understand.
