STEP 1 – DISCOVER WHO YOU WILL SERVE

1. IDENTIFY AREAS OF YOUR LIFE YOU FEEL CALLED TO

Ask yourself the following questions:

• What motivates me to wake up in the morning?
• What truly excites me?
• What do I care most about?
• How do I enjoy spending my time?
• What accounts do I follow on social media?
• Who do I subscribe to via email?
• What lights my soul on fire?

Write down the answer(s) to each question as soon as they come to you and set them
aside as you’ll need them later in the exercise.

2. IDENTIFY YOUR PERSONAL VALUES

Personal values are the beliefs you hold near and dear to your heart. They define who
you are and influence every part of your life – from daily actions, to decision-making,
to setting goals, and more.

Establishing your personal values will help you lead a more authentic and fulfilling
personal life and business and the simplest way to do this is to reflect on your
character, behaviours, and actions.

STEP 1 – DISCOVER WHO YOU WILL SERVE

Ask yourself the following questions:

• What inspires me to take daily action?
• Who do I admire and what about them is inspiring?
• When do I feel the most comfortable being myself?

Write down the answer(s) to each question as they come to you.

3. DEFINE WHO YOUR BUSINESS SERVES

Now that you have a list of areas in your life you feel called to, and a list of your personal
values – now sit with your thoughts for a while and see who you feel most called to
serve.

For example: At She Serves, we don’t want to appeal to all entrepreneurs. Instead, we
want to attract those who also share the same values of spirituality and alignment.

And specifically, spiritually conscious educators … because we can help them build their
communities and scale their impact so they can reach more people – and this is how
we can make a positive impact in the world in our own unique way.

Once you’ve completed this exercise, you should be left with a list of potential soul
audiences you can serve in your business.
