Job purpose: Represent the company I the airport spa (s) to offer appropriate products and
services to the customer’s satisfaction.
Expectation to achieve the sales targets with the standards of quality service while respecting the
company protocols and procedures. Including grooming standards. Maintain his/her current
license in accordance with federal state, or local laws (Qatar, and other concerned). Has a current
airport security pass and is solely responsible for renewals and replacements as required by the
airport.
Point of Sales Operations Management: Ensure the spa's cleanliness and equipment maintenance,
manage inventory levels, and report any issues or malfunctions to management. Maintain a
secure and efficient point of sale operation in accordance with company and airport regulations.
Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, handle cash and credit
card payments, and issue receipts. Assist with inventory management and participate in periodic
stocktaking activities.
Compliance: Adhere to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to spa services
and retail sales. Maintain current licenses and certifications as required by relevant authorities.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer
experience and contribute to a positive work environment.
Ability to assess customer needs and recommend suitable treatments and products
Work Environment: The role involves working in a dynamic airport spa environment, requiring
flexibility in working hours and the ability to adapt to changing operational demands. The
successful candidate will join a motivated team dedicated to providing exceptional customer
service and achieving sales targets.
