Job title: Beauty therapist.

Job purpose: Represent the company I the airport spa (s) to offer appropriate products and
services to the customer’s satisfaction.

Expectation to achieve the sales targets with the standards of quality service while respecting the
company protocols and procedures. Including grooming standards. Maintain his/her current
license in accordance with federal state, or local laws (Qatar, and other concerned). Has a current
airport security pass and is solely responsible for renewals and replacements as required by the
airport.

Responsibilities: Customer Management: Greet and assist customers, recommend appropriate

services and products based on customer needs, and deliver high-quality treatments to enhance
customer satisfaction and loyalty. Actively promote additional services and retail items to
increase sales.

Point of Sales Operations Management: Ensure the spa's cleanliness and equipment maintenance,
manage inventory levels, and report any issues or malfunctions to management. Maintain a
secure and efficient point of sale operation in accordance with company and airport regulations.

Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, handle cash and credit
card payments, and issue receipts. Assist with inventory management and participate in periodic
stocktaking activities.

Compliance: Adhere to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to spa services
and retail sales. Maintain current licenses and certifications as required by relevant authorities.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer
experience and contribute to a positive work environment.

Skills and Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Exceptional customer service and sales abilities

Knowledge of massage, cosmetology, or nail techniques

Ability to assess customer needs and recommend suitable treatments and products

Proactive and dynamic approach to work

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

1st work experience in Massage or Beauty (COS, NT) and wellness

services. Passionate about well-being, spa services, relaxation are appreciated.

According to the regional location. North America: Active license in the

working state/Diploma (Massage, Cosmetologist, Nail Technician). UK: Level of NVQ 2 in

Massage

Therapy. SIN: massage license

Proficiency in using cash register systems.

Fluency in additional languages is an advantage.

Workplace adaptation period of 1 month
