Important Membership Conditions

above. T his may prevent you from accessing services from us unt il 7 2 hours has passed.
Once t he arrangement s have been made wit h a recovery operat or, we will cont act you wit h t he
updat ed informat ion, including t he est imat ed t ime of arrival. Approximat ely 4 5 minut es.
We will not at t end any breakdown from a fault where we have previously at t ended for t hat fault , or a
relat ed fault in our opinion, or as a result of a t emporary repair affect ed by us. If we at t end t he scene
and conclude t he fault was caused by any of t he above you will be liable for a £95 call out charge.
In t he event of a cancellat ion of our services bet ween informing us of your breakdown and our agent
arriving at t he scene, you will be liable for a cancellat ion charge of £95. T his charge will also apply if you
are not present wit h t he vehicle when our agent arrives.
We aim t o be at t he scene in 4 5 minut es and we aim t o have your vehicle back on t he road wit hin 30
minut es. Please do bare in mind t here cert ain reasons t hat may prevent us from doing so.
