POST OF TECHNICAL DESIGN OFFICER

Duties 1. To draw plans, detailed working drawings and site plans in

connection with wastewater works and projects.
2. To perform outdoor duties such as levelling and surveying
for the purpose of the preparation of plans.
3. To keep records of drawings and other relevant documents.
4. To assist the Senior Technical Design Officer in the
performance of his duties.
5. To supervise the opening of manholes and taking of data,
depths, etc.
6. To give sight rails in connection with projects.
7. To locate existing manholes along streets, roads, and other
places.
8. To use ICT in the performance of his duties.
9. To perform such other duties directly related to the main
duties listed above or related to the delivery of the output and
results expected from Technical Design Officers in the roles
ascribed to them.
