MERIT LIST OPEN ROUND-1
On the basis of the merit of marks scored by the candidates in 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry and
Mathematics, and subsequently, on the basis of the preference order given by them in the online
counselling forms, the following candidates are PROVISIONALLY Eligible to take admission in B.
Tech –1st Year, against the course specified.

Note:
1. All the admissions are made PROVISIONAL and final confirmation shall be approved only after
the actual physical verifications of all the requisite documents. In case, upon physical verification,
any information supplied by candidates through the online counselling form, is found false, then
University reserves right to cancel the admission of such candidates at any stage of the course and
legal action shall be initiated against the defaulters.
2. Candidates are directed to deposit the admission fee as per instruction given in the end of this
document. The last date to deposit the fee is 28.08.2023, failing which the seat shall be allotted
to the next candidate in the waiting list.
3. If seats fall vacant in future, then reshuffling of the admitted candidates (those who submit the
requisite fee) from the present course to the course of higher preference will be done in the order
of merit.
4. Candidates are advised to remain vigilant to the UIT website for necessary updates regarding
reshuffling and revised merit list. No communication will be done with the candidates in this
regard.
5. Any discrepancy in the list may be brought to the notice of DIRECTOR (UIT)
6. Fee details and mode of fee payment is given at the end of this document. The last date to pay
the fee is 28.08.2023.
7. Fee details and fee receipt be supplied to UIT for verification, through the Google Form for
which link is given at the end of this document. It is mandatory to fill this form after fee is paid,
so that details become available to UIT office.
