In continuation with the Merit List-2 displayed on UIT website on 22.07.2023, it is further stated that, some of the candidates failed to deposit
the requisite fee; thus, the names of such candidates have been deleted from the list. Further, on the basis of merit of marks scored by the
candidates in entrance test and subsequently, on the basis of the preferences given in the counselling forms, the following candidates against
whom “NEW ADMISSION” has been written in REMARKS column, are PROVISIONALLY Eligible to take admission in B. Tech –1st
Year, against the course specified.

(Note:
1. All the admissions are made PROVISIONAL and final confirmation shall be approved only after the actual physical verifications of all
the requisite documents. In case, upon physical verification, any information supplied by candidates through the online counselling form,
is found false, then University reserves right to cancel the admission of such candidates at any stage of the course and legal action shall
be initiated against the defaulters.
2. Candidates with remarks NEW ADMISSION are directed to deposit the admission fee as per instruction given at the end of this
document.
3. If seats fall vacant in future, then reshuffling of the admitted candidates (those who submit the requisite fee) from the present course to
the course of higher preference will be done in the order of merit.
4. Candidates are advised to remain vigilant to the UIT website for necessary updates regarding reshuffling and revised merit list. No
communication will be done with the candidates in this regard.
5. Any discrepancy in the list may be brought to the notice of DIRECTOR (UIT)
6. Fee details and mode of fee payment is given at the end of this document. The last date to pay the fee is 31.07.2023.
7. Fee details and fee receipt be supplied to UIT for verification, through the Google Form for which link is given at the end of this
document. It is mandatory to fill this form after fee is paid, so that details become available to UIT office.
