Please review our shipping and information policies in place for this year:

- We cannot ship to P.O Boxes, APO, or Military addresses

- We Cannot bill any outside UPS accounts
*We only ship via UPS. We do not use FedEx or GSO

Accessorial Charges
Residential Address – We no longer charge $5 for residential packages.
Adult Signature - We do not charge the customary $4 for adult signature for our winery customers.

Delivery Change - Any package needing change after it has already been tendered to UPS, will incur an $18 "Change Request" charge. This is per package, not per shipment.
(ex: Deliver to a different address, Delay Delivery for future date, will-call, etc.)

Address Correction - A fee of $19 will be added to any shipment needing update of the delivery address. Please ensure you have checked delivery address prior to
ishipwine.com receiving shipment. (ex: Incorrect Street Address, Wrong Suite/Apt number, Incorrect Zip Code).

Shipping Insurance - Breakage insurance costs 3% of the total value of the shipment for standard shipping. Insurance covers a lost package or broken items. Neither UPS nor
ishipwine.com will honor a claim filed for damage due to temperature

Delayed Delivery - ishipwine.com will provide a shipping credit for Air packages not delivered by the agreed date/time. This does not apply to shipments delayed due to
weather conditions outside of UPS' control. (ex: UPS Hub snowed in, flooding at destination address, storms etc.)

Returned Shipments - Returned / Undeliverable packages are subject to additional charge. Depending on the details of that shipment, ishipwine.com will determine the
return shipping cost equal to but not over the standard shipping rates. Re-shipment of that package will also be subject to charges equal to the original shipment.
Requirements for shipping
iShipWine.com will attempt to validate your ship-to address as best we can. We do run each shipment through an address validator, but it cannot be 100% accurate. Please
check addresses prior to iShipWineOnline.com receiving your shipment / packages.

Overweight packages – Industry standard bottle weight is 3.4 pounds. 12 bottles of standard weight is 39-41 lbs. Any 12pk cases over 42 pounds will be billed for each
additional pound using the following: Ground - $2 per pound over 42 pounds. Air - $3 per pound over 42 pounds.

BILLING - House Accounts - House charge accounts will be billed at the end of every month. A 10% late fee is applied to any invoices deemed past-due. We can no longer open
a charge account without a credit card on file as contingency. Any invoices deemed past-due will be charged to the credit card prior to receiving a late fee.

Credit Cards - Credit cards provided for a shipment will be billed and charged prior to releasing a shipment. Any declined or un-processable card payments will result in the
shipment delayed until payment is provided. Credit card shipments may incur a 4% processing fee.

Cold Truck – Timeframes & Requirements

We have destination warehouses in TX, IL, NY, FL. This is where your package(s) will ship to via temperature-controlled truck and these warehouses are
temperature-controlled as well.

When do we need your wine?

We need to have your unpackaged wine in our possession by Tuesday @ 1pm. We can either pick up from you or you can drop them off

We need to have your Pre-Packaged boxes by Tuesday 1pm. These can also be picked up or dropped off.

When do we need your shipping data?

We need your shipping forms, spreadsheets, packing slips or other shipping details by Monday 5pm. We upload our trucking lists to the trucking company on Tuesday
morning. This can either be supplied when we pick up, when you drop off, or through email if coming in separately from the wine itself.

When do the packages leave iShipWine.com?

Our pallets are picked up on Wed morning and transported to the trucking company in the Bay Area for consolidation to each destination warehouse. Any changes,
corrections or alterations to a shipment in the system by Tuesday CAN be adjusted as late as Wed afternoon.

When do the Trucks leave California? Will I get tracking?

The temperature-controlled trucks leave California on Friday morning. Tracking information emails are sent out by 5pm on Friday to all email addresses supplied. The
initial email will contain the UPS Tracking number and details on the truck shipment. This first email is to supply information that the truck is underway but the UPS Tracking
number will not be live until the pallets have landed at the destination Warehouse and packages handed off to UPS will be scanned in that evening. A follow-up email will be sent
out automatically when the package has been handed off to UPS and is underway.
What are the approximate times for delivery?

While Ground shipping is never guaranteed for a specific delivery date, we can estimate fairly closely based on normal operations.

 Trucks all leave Bay Area on Friday

 Trucks to TX, IL will arrive by Tuesday/Wed and packages should be delivered by Friday
 Trucks to NY & FL will arrive by Wed/Thursday and packages MAY be delivered by weeks’ end or possibly held over the weekend in our temperature-controlled
Warehouse to deliver on Monday/Tuesday. ***NY & FL trucks are regularly arriving closer to the weekend, and many times the packages are held in
temperature-controlled Warehouse for delivery early the following week.
