University

Once a year I was nervous and wondering what would be my best option to keep studying after
the high school, I have always liked baking and cooking, so I thought of studying gastronomy in
the future, but in that time it didn't seem to be what was right, because my mom didn't like the
idea, so I thought of something else, like graphic design, but then I said that I wasn't gonna
follow her lead, so I chose gastronomy.

The best friend

My best friend in all world is called Hanna Scarlett, I just love her so much, because she always
listen to me, she is there when I need here more, and we have so many things on common, like
musical tastes, for example we both like listening to junior h, Kali uchis, BTS and feather
weight, we also enjoy cooking together and going partying together, so we are technically
soulmates, in friendship of course.

Gastronomy
Since I entered the gastronomy studies in the Morelia Technological University I have learnt so
many things, like how to correctly cut and chop some ingredients used in much recipes, like
carrot, onion and garlic, we have also cooked so many things, like raviolis in a cream pesto sauce
or lasagna, personally I love the bakery class, here in the UTM, and the chef Oscar is so
awesome giving the class, I think it is one of the best thing I have ever decided en my life.

Mexico
Mexico is the place I was born, and the place I live in today, Mexico is so cool and magical, if
you travel to the magic routes and places, like here in Michoacán, we have so many things like
beaches, mountains, forests and even some prehispanic and cultural buildings, like the pyramids
of Teotihuacan, wich are so amazing in real life, like the details, the story of the serpent god,
everything about Mexico like our culture, our gastronomy, our music, our rots, everything about
my country is just perfect.

Morelia
I moved from Lázaro Cárdenas to here, I really miss Lázaro, I mean, the beach, the places I
already knew, and the friends I already made there, they all just were left behind, but not
everything it's a bad thing, you know, my best friend is here in Morelia too, and I have made
some really good friends on the university, I love them so much, and also the career I'm studying
it's the best, also I love Morelia climate, it is the best climate that can ever exist, even though at
morning I'm totally freezing.
