Technical Details for supply


(A) MS structure with high entrance having adjustable swivel type pneumatic compensator,
optional tension bars with hand wheel, SS guide rollers and pneumatic control panel.
(B) 2 Bowl Mangle:
One Pair main frame fabricated from MS Plates with SS 304 cladded inside walls with binder.
One No.: Bow roller with adjustable angle for crease free entry.
One No.: MS Main Roller, 305 mm dia with ebonite coating running in bearing housed of fixed housing of
split construction.
One No.: MS Pressure Roller, 305 mm dia with rubber coating (shore hardness 80-85 A) running in bearing
housed of fixed housing of split construction.
One Pair: Pneumatic cylinders (Right& Left) for loading the pressure rollers on to the main roller. Nip
pressure available upto 50 kg/cm Applied by pneumatic cylinders for main roller pivoted on pin fixed in
main frame control panel for pneumatic control and internal piping the Right & Left cylinders.
One Pair: SS Covers for pneumatic cylinders.

Electro-mechanical Bowl and Weft Straightener


Fabricated correction frame centrally pivoted to carry guide roller for skew. Separate drive
each for bow and skew correction.

(D) Stenter Entry:


Feeding Body Platform
High entrance fabric entry system mounting of guide rollers and one pair of cloth guiders
New sturdy feeding body design with
One Pair: MS fabricated box type body (painted) with powder -coated doors, with binders & guard.
One: Cross beam with machined and polished plated to rest the rail and enable its free
movement based on the signals received from in feed device.
One: Driven MS Fabric tension roller with antislip fillet, reduction gearbox directly coupled to the roller.
One: Driven MS Fabric overfeeding roller with antislip fillet, reduction gearbox directly coupled to the roller.
One: Driven Scroll roll
Two: Guide rollers, SS 127 mm diameter
Two: Operator control cabinets housing Touch screen, (LED) push buttons, digital speed indicators, ampere
meters and other controlling buttons.
One pair: Photocell with sensors for fabric edge sensing and controlling the position of the inlet rails.
One pair: Limit switches for maximum & minimum width.

(E) Fabric Transportation:


One Pair: Casted Rails with ground finish enabling smooth sliding of the chain. 3.3 mtrs. Entrance track with
ball bearings set.
One Set: Spring operated chain tensioning system.
One Set: Chain with Clip type having Clips and Clip opening system. One set:
Limit switches to control chain tensioning One set: Uncurler (3 finger) with
motor.
One set: Clipping device and clip opening system.
One Pair: Extra post clipping device.
One pair: Selvedge sensor to auto stop machine for clip opening.
One: Auto lubrication system for chain & track consisting of oil pump, piping with nozzle for oil spray.
1 Set: Limit switch for large joints.
1 Set: Powder coated feeding track guards with openable cover.
3 Pair : Middle track each of 3 mtrs long with covers for track.
1 Pair : Delivery track of 2.8 mtrs long with cover and limit switch.

5 Sets: Width setting system consisting of individual motorized width control Screw with gearbox and
motor (0.33 KW) each per chamber. Each motor with ENCODER for feedback and control of width by
PLC.

(F) Dryer Chambers (Varioflow):


Frame structure constructed with heavy angle section, modulating section. Chamber length:
3 mtrs. each.
Vario Flow Air System: Closed circuit air circulation.
Individual blowers for top and bottom jets - 2 Nos. directly couple blower motors per chamber.

Dryer Chambers: 3 Nos. Chambers each consisting of 2x1.5 mtr section. Each chamber consisting of:
2 Nos.: Blower fan assembly each of 7.5 KW or 4 Nos.: Blower fan assembly each of 3.7 KW. Each
consisting of motor, motor plate, insulation panel and high efficiency radial impeller.
1 No.: Inverter for blower fan speed control.
2 Sets: Jet Box with 6 sets of top nozzles and 6 sets of bottom nozzle.
All nozzles have side Openable covers for easy cleaning and maintenance.
Nozzles: Nozzles and blower fan assembly designed to increase the air flow and air pressure at the exit of
nozzles intern increasing productivity of the machine.
Special individual finger type nozzle, easily removable for cleaning and maintenance.
2 Nos.: Doors with sealing and locking arrangement.
One Set: Side insulation panels of box type construction with 96 Kg/M3 Rockwool of 140 mm thickness.
One: PT100 Sensor for temperature sensing.
Multiple pass finned radiator in vertical configuration per blower assembly with steam valves fitted with steam
trap.
Filter: Single Filter- Vertical arrangement easily removable from outside for cleaning even
when the machine is running.
Exhaust: 3.7 KW X 01 No. + 1.5 KW 01 no. of exhaust (with inverter) with ducting to connect chambers.

(G) Cooling And Delivery Section:


One no: M.S. fabricated Air cooling system with AC motor
One set: Heavy duty bevel gear box rested on machined rails. driven by AC motor. Bevel gear box driven by
spline shaft and AC motor.
One no: Controlling knob to adjust the speed of take off roller.

One pair: De clipping (clip opening) device
