Greetings of peace!

In behalf of Pisaan Elementary School, I am writing this letter, hoping that you will extend your kind
generosity to our proposed project (HANDWASHING). Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the
importance of hand washing heightens. That’s why the school decided to produce 14 hand
washing equipment. These would help the pupils to prevent and avoid viruses and germs.

As soon as possible, this project will start on the month of July 2020. Hence, we are asking you
for a financial support, any amount would spell a big difference to our learners, to our teachers,
and also to the community. Hoping that with your kind generosity, we can finish the project as
early as possible.
