LETTER Feb 24, 2024
Sto. Rosario National High School,
Sto. Domingo, Nueva Ecija

Dear Mayor Imee C. De Guzman,

I am writing to you this letter. I hope this letter expresses our
sincere hope that you are doing well and in good spirits. As the
Class President of Sto. Rosario National High School, I am reaching
out to you to appeal for your assistance in supporting our school
project. The initiative is aimed at fostering environmental awareness
and promoting sustainability amongst our students, which we hope
to have a beneficial effect on our community as a whole.
I believe that this is a good idea. This project involves the
setting up of a community garden within the premises of Sto.
Rosario National High School. We intend to involve our students in
the entire process of planning, designing, and maintaining this
garden. This project not only gives them hands-on experience in
gardening but also teaches them about sustainable practices like
composting, water conservation, and biodiversity.
If this plan pushes through, it will be beneficial for everyone
involved. Our students will gain hands-on experience in planning,
designing, and maintaining the garden, while the community will
have access to a vibrant green space to enjoy and reap the benefits
of less air and noise pollution.
Moreover, we want to use the produce from the garden to
help those in need by donating it to local food banks and charities.
I hope that you agree with my ideas and will agree for this
project. As the mayor of our town, we hope that your support for
this project will help us to get the resources we need, while
showcasing your commitment to sustainability and environmental
awareness.
Thank you for your time and consideration.

Yours truly,
John Andrey E. Navarra
Class President

Dear Mayor Imee C. De Guzman,

I am writing to you this letter to ask for your support and
endorsement of our community's effort to establish a recycling
program. We, the students of Sto. Rosario National High School
believes that reducing waste and preserving our natural resources is
a fundamental responsibility for all of us. Our local landfill is
reaching capacity and we must take proactive steps to reduce waste
and promote sustainability. A community-wide recycling program
would benefit the environment and teach students the importance
of preserving our natural resources. This program can instill a
commitment to environmental conservation from a young age.
I believe that this is a good idea. A recycling program will help
the environment and make our community more responsible and
aware. We are sure that with your support, we can't create a
recycling program that other communities will envy.
If this plan pushes through, it would provide a way for students
to become involved in environmental conservation at an early age,
instilling in them the habit of recycling and waste reduction.
Moreover, we understand that establishing a recycling program
is not a mere task, but we are ready to work with the local
government to make it a reality.
I hope that you agree with my ideas and will agree for this
project. As the mayor of our town, we look forward to hearing from
you soon and working together to make our community a better and
more sustainable place to live in.
Thank you for your time and consideration.

Yours truly,
Avrahm Josh E. Nabong
Class President
