CONFORMITY AGREEMENT

We the leaders/dancers of below Zumba Group do voluntarily agree that we will abide by the
following stipulations during and after 1st Inter-District Zumba Battle of Champions Event that will
happen on December 30, 2023.

1. Will abide to all the Rules stipulated for this Event


 The competition is only for top 3 Winners from Angat, Norzagaray and Sta. Maria
Bulacan only
 Each group should be composed strictly of 15 members. This rule is in place to
standardize the size of participating groups, ensuring fairness and uniformity in the
competition. It can also impact the choreography and coordination of the dance
routines, as larger or smaller groups may have different dynamics.
 Members should also composed of Mix Ages/Sex, open for 18yrs old up and must have
not less than 3 adults/senior ages 40 above.
 Strictly for Regular Zumba/Dancers only, No ZIN/Coach/Dance Instructor or related
within the team. This is to ensure that the competition is focused on the skills and
talents of regular participants rather than those with professional training or
expertise in dance instruction. .
 Leaders/Representatives should submit the list of Dancers with Valid proof of
Identification or Barangay Residency (Valid ID with Address or Barangay Certificate
with 2x2 picture)
 Maximum duration of 5 minutes for prepared music means that each participating group
is allowed a performance time of up to 5 minutes. If a group's performance exceeds
this time limit, the music will not be cut but there will be a deduction in their score
or some other penalty.
 Props and accessories are allowed but not flammable or hazardous to other participants
 Changes/replacement of member should be done on or before November 30, 2023 and
should submit ID/Brgy. Certificate for validation
2. I Agree that if I failed to follow the said rules an automatically deduct a point per violation on
the final score and or might disqualification base on gravity of violation with Judges discretion
3. I Agree that Judges decision are final and irrevocable
4. If we have Protest or Concern should this should be raised accordingly prior the event so the
organizer will be able to conduct proper validation and investigation.
5. I will also agree to the following terms
a) We do not condoned any forms of cyberbully in all social media platforms (such as
Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and Tik Tok)
b) Will not post anything negative or rant in all social media platforms
c) No Name-Calling or Insults: Refrain from using derogatory language or insults when
engaging with others.no Booing or posting negative comments online.
d) Respectful Disagreement: Encourage constructive dialogue and respect for different
opinions, even if you strongly disagree.
e) Avoid Over-generalizations: Refrain from making broad generalizations about entire groups
or communities.
f) Fact-Check First: Always fact-check information before sharing it to ensure accuracy and
avoid spreading misinformation.
g) If in case we violate we are aware that we are legally binded with possible case for the
following:
i. The Anti-Bullying Act of 2013 (RA 10627) - cyberbully refers to those acts committed
online, including social bullying. Examples, as listed in Sec-3, B-1 (Implementing Rules),
include belittling another individual or group or gender-based bullying that humiliates
another on the basis of perceived or actual sexual orientation and gender identity.
ii. The Revised Penal Code and the Cybercrime Prevention Act - Art. 353 of this law states
that "one who publicly or maliciously imputes to another a crime, vice, defect, real or
imaginary, or any act, omission, condition, status or circumstance tending to cause the
dishonor, discredit or contempt of a natural or juridical person, or blacken the
memory of one who is dead may be liable for libel under this Code."
iii. The Civil Code on Damages - One who is aggrieved by a defamatory post in social
media may find refuge in the provisions of the Civil Code on Damages (Art. 2176, Civil
Code), "One who posts in social media, causing damage to the reputation of another
may be liable to the subject for damages and this can be a valid cause of action under
the law.

6. Waiver Reminder
a) I am participating in this program, exercise and event, 1 st Inter-District Zumba Battle of
Champions fitness competition by the project of Board Members and Its organizer which i
will receive instructions.
b) I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding
my participating this event. I represent and warrant that i am physically fit and i have no
medical condition that would prevent my full participation in this event.
c) In consideration of being permitted to participate in this event I agree to assume full
responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which i might incur as
a result of participating in this event.
d) in consideration of being permitted to participate in this event I knowingly, voluntarily, and
expressly waive any claim i may have against the organizer of this event for injury or
damages that i may sustain as a result of participating in the program
e) I, My heirs or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to
sue the organizer of this event for any Injuries or death caused by own negligence or other
acts.
7. I Have read the above release and waiver of Liability and fully understand its contents. Also I
voluntarily agree to the terms and condition stated by above by signing registration below

Criteria for Judging:


1. Spirit 10% - Grooming, Outfit, Eye Contact and Facial Expressions
2. Synchronization 20% - Timing, Precision of Movement, Spacing and Organization
3. Dance Technique 20% - Body Positions, Jumps, Leaps, Turns and Gimmicks/Props
4. Dance Incorporation 20% - Choreography, Music Compliments and Execution
5. Skills Incorporation 20% - Variety, Difficulty,Creativity and Formation
6. Overall Effect 10% - Crowd Appeal and Overall Impression
