Labor intensive vs Capital intensive

: I think i will be answering that. Now In terms of economics, this questions states that we need to
identify different methods and techniques needed to produce goods and services. In other words,
society must determine whether to employ labor intensive or capital intensive so that efficient
production is obtained

we need to know that there is different aspects of production from what technique of production
has to be adopted, and where these goods would be produced.

CAPITAL INTENSIVE
Capital intensive production requires more equipment and machinery to produce goods; therefore,
it requires a larger capital investment, larger amount of funds and financial resources.

Good examples of capital intensive industries: include the telecommunications industry, airline
industry, and public transport authorities that maintain the roads, railways, trains,, etc.

Madami ang nag iinvest na firms or companies dto because mas mabilis yung process ng pag
produce ng goods and services dahil nga technological production system ang ginagamit dto

LABOR INTENSIVE
Labor intensive this production requires a higher labor input to carry out production activities. Labor
intensive industries depend mostly on the workers and employees of their firms, and require higher
investment to train and coach the workers to produce goods and services according to specified
standards.

Examples of labor intensive : restaurants, hotel industry, mining and other industries that require
much manpower to produce goods and services.
