This document provides a framework for the collective analysis of the team dynamics of the
Executive Committee.
The CEO must receive the ITPA privately before the start of the team review meeting (the ITPA
is not shared with other executives). The CEO will include this individual analysis as an appendix
to the Team Performance Report to the directors.
This analysis is to be given to the CEO before the Monday Feb 12 Team Review meeting.
