LOI – LETTER OF INTENTION OF PURCHASE

KINDLY GIVE US YOUR PRICE, TERMS AND

CONDITIONS. PROPOSED PROCEDURE:

1. Buyer issue this LOI and POF via SWIFT MT-999 bank to bank (seller will inform the full bank
coordinates to where POF should be sent).
2. Seller provide to the buyer the following documents:
 Proforma Invoice;
 Certificate of Origin;
 SGS report performed on the vessel at loading port;
 Injection report;
 Bill of Lading;
 Q88;
 ATS – Authorization to Sell in buyer’s name;
 DTA – Dip Test Authorization in buyer’s name;
3. Buyer’s bank will issue a non transferable LC MT-700 for one month consigment product
face value, valid 90 days.
4. Upon arrival of the product at Buyer’s destination, SGS will supercargo the vessel to conduct
Quality and Quantity (Measurement) report.
5. Seller shall issue the final commercial invoice on 100% of total value of consignment as reported
by SGS test analysis result.
6. Upon approved quality and quantity, Buyer will make the payment for the total quantity of goods,
by bank transfer (MT103), within 5 (five) banking days;
7. Upon confirmation of payment, seller will transfer the title of product to the buyer and byer will
take over the vessel and inject the product in tank farm;

NOTES

1.This LETTER OF INTENTION OF PURCHASE # LOI 28/12/2022 Nº: 00162/2022 is for the exclusive
benefit of the addressee only and supersedes any previous LOI. This LOI cannot be published or
transferred.

2.This LETTER OF INTENTION OF PURCHASE LOI 28/12/2022 Nº: 00162/2022 is valid for a period of 30
(Thirty) days, starting with the date of signature.
