AFFIDAVIT OF SOLE HEIRSHIP

I, GARY FRANCO P. TENCHAVEZ, of legal age, married, Filipino and a

resident of Gen. Wood Ext., Purok Sampaguita, Mahayahay, Iligan City, after
having been duly sworn to an oath in accordance with law, do hereby depose
and state:

1. That I am the only child and sole heirs of the late Margarito T.
Tenchavez, Jr., who died intestate on 04 January 1976 at Manila;

2. That the said deceased left a certain parcel of land covered by

Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) No. T-61,672 (a.f) and more
particularly described as follows:

“A parcel of land Lot 530-C, Psd-12-014975 Portion of Lot 530,

cad-292, Iligan Cadastre as surveyed for Properidad Tenchavez
Zamudio, located at Poblacion, Iligan City. Boundaries: N., along line
1-2-3 by lot 556, Cad-292; NE., along line 3-4 by Lot 531, Cad-292; S.,
along line 4-5 by Lot 530-B, Psd-12-014975; SW., along line 5-1 by Lot
2656, Cad-292. Containing an area of ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY
THREE (173) SQUARE METERS, more or less. Covered by TCT No.
T-61,672 (a.f) of the Registry of Deeds of Iligan City. ”

3. That the deceased left no debts, nor any Lass Will and
Testament;

4. That the above-described parcel of land does not come under the
operation of the Comprehensive Reform Program.

5. That I am executing this affidavit to attest the truth of the

forgoing facts and for whatever legal purpose this may validly
serve.
