I, the undersigned, hereby serve upon you the following legal notice,

1. That one of my staff has purchased 6 HP t310 LED displays for Rs.
54,000/- (cost of each LED Rs. 9,000/-) on 9 th April 2022, from SST
Computer Shop#18, Upper ground floor, Umair center 6 th Road Chowk
Rawalpindi. He was told that you can check the LEDs and inform us
within 10 days, if LEDs doesn’t work properly, we will replace them
with other ones which will be functional.

2. That when we brought the LEDs to our office and try to use them,
we came to know that they all are not giving proper display. We tried
everything to make them work like connecting them with a connector
and also connected directly to the port with a VGA cable but still the
display was dull. When we informed you about the issue that we were
facing with LEDs you told us to not use the connector, but it didn’t
solve our problem as well.

3. That within 2-3 days my staff informed you about the issues that we
were facing with the LEDs and told you to replace them with workable
one’s. But you told him to wait for some days as we don’t have LEDs
right now, but we will replace the LEDs soon when our shipment
arrives.

4. That we contacted you 10 to 15 times in the period of one month,

but you delayed the process saying that shipment didn’t arrive we will
let you know when LEDs are available.

7. That on 10th May 2022 I was told to bring the LEDs back and we will
replace them for you, but when one of my staff booked a taxi and
brought LEDs to your shop, you behaved him in a very rude manner
and told that the LEDs are not in a good condition and cannot be
replaced. But in fact, the LEDs were bearing only hand marks due to
unwrapping them and none of the LEDs were usable after purchase.

13. That my staff have spent many working hours and money to get
the LEDs Replaced.

14. That you have created unnecessary financial loss and mental
pressure to me as well as my staff and damaged reputation of my staff
by breaking promises.

15. That you have committed cheating, fraud and breach of trust by
supplying old, used and non-functional LEDs to us and cheated us by
giving false promises.

We, therefore, call upon you through this legal notice to refund Rs.
54,000/- (i.e., cost of each LED Rs. 9,000/-) and other Expenses of
Rs. 100,000/- for mental agony and Rs. 50,000/- for follow up within a
period of 15 days from the receipt of this legal notice failing which I
shall be constrained to file civil as well as criminal complaint against
you and all the responsible staff in the court of law, inform your staff
about your fraudulent activity and in that event you might be
burdened with all fees and risks which please note carefully.

You are further liable to pay a sum of Rs. 204,000/- as necessary cost
and expenses of sending the present legal notice to you.

Copy of this legal notice is also kept at our office for further ready
reference it required in future.
