of the labor, improve the production efficiency and increase the
revenue.

Feature:
This machine has achieved connect with packing machine and adjust

the speed according the speed of packing machine, achieved synchronizing

with packing machine didn’t need change any parts of packing machine.

Install:
Make this machine output exit (Show as D1) align with the conveyor

groove of the packing machine. Then use the gear sensor (show as D2)

connect with the chain which under the

conveyor of the packing machine, Our machine

use this

way to control when the tissue paper will

be put down, this is according to the speed rate between this machine

and packing machine.

Operation:
In D1, We use the touch screen, emergency stop button and start button

to control the machine running and use hand wheel, embossing position

adjustment, embossing tension adjustment, smooth tension adjustment to

adjust this machine performance.

一、 Jog button-When you press this button the machine will running,
(Reference picture
see the appendix ) otherwise the machine will not running before the machine start

running. This function was used to lead the paper and test the

machine before the machine running.

二、 Emergency stop button-Its function as like the button name,


(Reference picture
see the appendix ) When the accidents are happening you need to press this button

to make the machine emergency stop to prevent the accidents.

This is a self locking button, the button will keep the locking

status if you don’t unlock it. You need to turn clockwise to

unlock it.

三、 Touch screen-This device can show the running data of this


(Reference picture
see the appendix ) machine and set the parameter by it,you can control the air

blower running, machine speed, and linkage control with

packing machine by touch screen.

1. Running interface(show as D3)

D3

A.Function introduction
Total---This function was used to count how many PCS this machine

has manufactured. It will become zero when the total cleared button on

setting interface was pressed.

Subtotal---This function was used to count the production quantity

each shift. It will become zero when you press the cleared button on right.

Total bags---This function was used to count how many times the output

exit has put down the paper. It will become zero when you press the total

for bags cleared on the setting interface.

Frequency---Main machine running frequency.

Machine speed---This function shows the machine speed, count is a

value from rotating encoder of the machine,can’t be set.

PCS/bag---This function show how many Pieces each bag.

Speed of packing machine---This function show the speed of the

packing machine which connect with this machine, count is a position of

the pushing rod on the conveyor of packing machine.

Date---Show the date of now.

Error---When this machine stop since the error, and will show the

where happen error and flashes on the screen. If there are several errors

happen at the same time, the errors were cyclically showed on the screen.

(1)”Put down cylinder don’t reset”---When the put down

cylinder was not detected reset after it put down the tissue, machine

will stop and show the error on the screen.

(2)”The insertion platform jammed paper”---The insertion

platform in front of the turntable, its position is at where the paper

were inserted to turntable.If it get stuck when the turntable running,

It will be detected and the machine will stop and show the error on screen.

(3)”Impeller jammed paper”---When the impeller get stuck lead

to it not rotate, the drive belt will pull the adjusting arm to leave

from the proximity switch and the machine will alarm.

(4)”The emergency stop button has been pressed”---When the

emergency stop button has been pressed, this error will keep showing,

and remind you to unlock this button when you start the machine.

(5)”Loose paper”---There is a device between the paper roll

and embossing parts. It was used to test the paper tension. Since

the paper roll was used up or loose paper error, Loose paper device

don’t test the tension, the machine will alarm Loose paper error.

Then you need to check the paper roll or change the paper roll.

(6) ”Paper breaking after embossing”----We used the

photoelectric switch to test the paper breaking after embossing.

(7)”Hand wheel working”---The hand wheel in working when it

was pull out, in this condition only swing the hand wheel make the

machine running, machine can not start.The machine will be start when

the hand wheel was pushed in. PS: Jog out of this condition control.

(8)”Paper missing” ---At normal running, the machine will

test the paper output aisle if have paper output, if not, the machine

will stop, and show the error on the screen.

(9)”Paper don’t cut off” ---At normal running, The paper

cutter didn’t cutting off the paper lead to the paper output aisle

do not output the paper continuously. When machine test this

condition, it will stop running and show the error on the screen.

( 10 ) ”Count paper photoelectric switch”---The error of

photoelectric switch which on the output aisle.。

(11)”The proximity switch of turntable”--- The error of the

proximity switch of the turntable.。

(12)”Machine head shaft photoelectric switch”---The error

of the machine head shaft photoelectric switch.

(13)”Packing machine sensor A”---The error of the packing

machine sensor A.

(14)”Packing machine sensor B” ---The error of the packing

machine sensor B.

B.Control button:
Title page---Press this button, the screen will show the company

information (show as D7).

Manual put down paper---Press this button, the paper will be put down.

Open linkage/close linkage---This is a linkage button be used to

control folding machine and packing machine interaction,When you press

the open linkage button the linkage light will be green, It mean this

machine speed will be change according to packing machine speed change.

Speed up, speed down, start main machine, stop main machine---Main

machine starting, Main machine stopping. When you press the ”open main

machine” button, at the normal running, the running light will be green,

then you can press the “speed up”or “speed down” to adjust the machine

speed. If the running light didn’t be green, you need to check the machine

if it in error, start the machine after solve these errors.

Air blower---This button was used to control the air blower starting

or stopping, press the air blower pattern the red light will change into

green light, it mean the air blower are working, press the air blower

pattern again, the green light will change into red light, the air blower

was closing.

Error list---If you press this button, all the errors will show on

the screen.

Setting---Press this button will show Setting interface.

2. Setting Interface(D4)

Follow coefficient:

This is parameter depend on this machine speed follow packing machine

speed when this machine link with packing machine. When this parameter

become bigger, this machine speed will be relatively faster packing

machine; otherwise, this machine speed will be relatively slower packing

machine. This parameter is 130 before this machine was delivered.

Speed limit___bags:

This function was used to set the maximum speed, whatever how many

pieces one bag, the system will according to this parameter to limit the

maximum speed.

Stop put down paper position:

This parameter is depend on the packing machine, you need to swing

the hand wheel of packing machine, when the distance between Rod A and

the turntable is 10MM (show as D5),check the running position value which

is on the right of this parameter, its value if between 30 and 80 (This

value must between 30 and 80), If not, you need to adjust gear sensor

position on the packing machine conveyor chain to make the running

position value between 30 and 80, for example, when the running position

value is “50”, you should press the running position button to keep

the value on the stop put down paper position layout.

Restart put down paper position:

This function is used to control the machine restart put down paper

after it stop put down paper. This position value is according to the

length of the tissue, for example the length of tissue is 103MM, the tissue

value is 36, and plus the adjustment coefficient 6, so the restart put

down paper position value is 42.

Packing machine speed multiplier:

This is a coefficient which according to packing machine running

speed to adjust put down paper moment, This value will be set into 6

before this machine delivery, you don’t need to set it again.

Packing machine displacement:

Based on the value 8, If the paper was put down and hit the rod A,

you need to adjust this value bigger; If the paper was put down and hit

the rod B, you need to adjust this value smaller, This value will be set

into 8 before delivery.

Turntable displacement:

This value is according to the machine type to set. This machine will

be set into 70 before delivery, Don’t make any adjustment, otherwise

the machine will can not running.

Open time:

This is the sealing cylinder under the output exit open time, This

value will be set into 230 MS before delivery.

Push down delay:

This is the push down cylinder delay time after the sealing cylinder

motion, this value will be set into 90 MS before delivery.

Push down time:

This is push down cylinder open time, this value will be set into

40 MS before delivery.

If your machine’s parameter is not right and you don’t know how

to set these parameter, you can press the Reset, all the parameter will

become the value before delivery but the “stop put down paper position”.

3. PLC signal input and sensor:


X0---This is the frequency converter working signal, when the

frequency converter is working, this point will turn on, the connect wire

is No.20.

X1---This is the press down cylinder magnetic switch signal, was

used to check the press down cylinder whether go back, the connect wire

is No.1.

X2---This is the packing machine conveyor working pulse, 80

pulses each bag, it was used to check the packing machine speed, and check

the position of the pushing rod with X3, the connect wire is No.2.

X3---This is a signal of the pushing rod of packing machine,

pushing each bag will receive one pulse, packing machine calculation will

be reset, the connect wire is No.3.

X4---This signal is reset the cam position, each turn of camshaft

is one pulse, the folding machine calculation will be reset, the connect

wire is No.4.

X5---This is the signal is output photoelectric switch. Each pcs

paper tissue was take out by output belt, one pulse, it was used to count

the paper tissue and out of paper or can’t cut the paper testing, the

connect wire is No.5.

X6---This is a signal was used to check the output speed, Each

pcs of paper, will return 15 pulses, the connect wire is No.6

X7---Jog button, jog control the motor through PLC, the connect

wire No.7.

X10---This is a signal of the turntable paper jam switch, the

connect wire is No.10

X11---This is a signal of the impeller switch, the connect No.11.

X12---This is a signal of the emergency stop switch, the connect

wire No.12

X13---Null

X14---This is signal of the switch which check the paper was

broken after the embossing, the connect wire is No.14.

X15---This is a signal which check the loose paper photoelectric

switch, the connect wire No.15

X16---This is a signal of the proximity switch of the hand wheel

reset, the connect wire is No.16.

X17---Null

4. Parameter of the frequency converter:


F0.02—4(Serial communication)

F0.03—8(Communication settings)

F0.04—8(Communication settings)

F0.13—13(Acceleration time)

F0.14—0.1(Deceleration time)

F3.00—27(X1 Terminal was used to stop the machine)

F4.00—18(The output of the relays when the machine in running)

5. Change of the numbers of each bag


You can change of the number of each bag paper by change different

“change gear group”, This machine have 1:8, 1:9, 1:10 speed rates gears,

it can achieve

8 PCS, 9 PCS and 10 PCS each bag, each gear group were marked with number,

install the same number gear group, then the machine will output the paper

quantity like the gear number.

6. Alarm
Put down cylinder don’t reset:

This is the signal of the magnetic switch on the put down cylinder

can not sent to X1 point on PLC, So the machine will be tested in error.

Settle:

1,Check the top position of the put down cylinder whether reset;

2,When the put down cylinder arrive the top position, check its’

magnetic switch whether light.

3,If this light not light, you need to check two terminals which

connect with the sensor whether connect well.(show as D8, The blue wire

connect with cylinder switch, its other side need to connect with black

0 terminal. The brown wire connect with cylinder switch, its other side

need to connect with blue 1 terminal )

4,After above operation, If it can not light yet, you need to

check the wire of blue 1 whether connect with terminal X1 of PLC well,

and the wire of black 0 whether connect with 0 wire in the electric box.

Insertion platform paper jam:

This error is happen between turntable and the insertion platform,

cause the platform spin down and leave the proximity switch, the light

of the switch is off, PLC can’t reach the signal and the machine stop.

Settle:

1、Take off the paper, reset the insertion platform, the error

was settled when the light on.

2、If the light of the switch still off after the platform was

reset, you need to check the gap between the switch and the platform,

the distance should be 1-2 mm, then check three terminals where connect

with this sensor if connect well(show as D8, the blue wire connect with

the terminal black 0 wire, brown wire connect with terminal red 24 wire,

black wire connect with terminal yellow-green 10 wire).

3、If the light still off, please check the yellow-green 10 wire

if connect with terminal X10 of the PLC, black 0 wire if connect with

0 wire in the electric box, red 24 if connect with 24 wire which in the

electric box (you can use multimeter to Check the black 0 wire and 24

wire whether have 24V voltage, then short link yellow-green 10 and black

0, check the light of X10 of PLC whether on, if yes, it mean the line

is well, the error between proximity switch and terminal.

The impeller paper jam:

When the impeller paper jam, the impeller was stuck, the driver

toothed belt of the impeller pull the belt to adjust the arm, make it

leave the proximity switch where under it, the light of the switch is

off.

Settle:

1、Take off the paper, reset the impeller, the error was settled

when the switch light on.

2、When the light of the switch still off after reset the impeller,

you need to check the gap between the switch and the platform, the distance

should be 1-2 mm, then check three terminals where connect with this

sensor if connect well(show as D8, the blue wire connect with the terminal

black 0 wire, brown wire connect with terminal red 24 wire, black wire

connect with terminal black 11 wire).

3、If the light still off, you need to check green 11 wire if

connect with the terminal X10 of the PLC, the black 0 wire if connect

with 0 wire which in the electric box, the red 24 wire if connect with

24 wire which in the electric box( you can use multimeter to check the

black 0 wire and red 24 wire whether have voltage, then short link green

11 and black 0, check the light of X11 of PLC whether on, if yes, it mean

the line is well, the error between proximity switch and terminal.

The emergency stop button have been pressed:

The emergency stop buttons show in D1,Which one of the buttons have

been pressed, the screen will show this error. The machine will be running

after you reset these buttons.

Jumbo roll was finished:

When the jumbo roll was finished, the photoelectric switch (show

as D9) which on the unwind arm, its’ light will off, you need install

new jumbo roll, the machine can running. This photoelectric switch

corresponding to point X13 of the PLC.

D10 The terminal in the electric box which connect with the sensor

Paper breaking after embossing:

The paper after embossing, it will breaking between the embossing

adjustment roll and folding part, the light of photoelectric switch (show

as D12) witch install on the folding part will off, the machine will be

stop when the PLC got this signal. This photoelectric switch

corresponding to point X14 of the PLC.

Re-lead the paper, the machine will be running when the light of

the photoelectric switch on.

D11 The position of the sensor(photoelectric switch)

Loose paper:

This function was used to check the tightness between the jumbo roll

and smoothing roll, If machine suddenly stop, since the inertia will make

the paper loose in this position, lead to paper out of normal when it

come into embossing roll, and make the folding part can not work well;

otherwise, when the jumbo roll was finished, the paper will loose

naturally to make the machine stop. The machine have a proximity switch

on the unwinding part to test the paper tightness, when the light of the

proximity switch on, it mean tight. Otherwise it is loose (show as

D20,D21). When PLC get this signal, the machine will stop or prohibit

the main machine running. This proximity switch corresponding to the

point X15 of PLC.

D21 The terminal in the electric box which connect with the sensor

Hand wheel working:

Pull out the hand wheel make it link with the transmission part of

the machine, it will in working, then you can manual running the machine.

You need reset the hand wheel after you testing the machine, so that the

machine can be running at normal. There is a proximity switch was

installed on the side of the hand wheel(show as D13, D14), when the hand

wheel was reset the light of the proximity switch will on, when pull out

it that the light will off, PLC will stop the machine running when it

got this signal, keep the machine running in the safety. This proximity

switch corresponding to the point X16 of the PLC in the electric box.

Paper missing:

At normal, the belt will suck the paper by the gas hole and output

it on the output channel, When the paper was stuck in the machine head,

can not come out with the gas hole, the count paper sensor will get this

signal and sent to PLC, then will show the paper missing and stop the

machine. After clean the paper jam, it will auto cleared when you press

the “Run machine” button again.

Paper don’t cut off:

Due the paper cutter can not cut off the paper, the tissue can not

separate output from the output channel. The sensor will get this signal

and sent to PLC, then will show paper don’t cut off and stop the machine.

After deal with this error, it will auto cleared when you press “Run

machine” button again.

paper counter:

This photoelectric switch was installed over the output channel and

is directed to the paper output exit, output quantity will plus one with

one pcs paper output; at the same time we use this photoelectric switch

to check paper missing and paper don’t cut off. These three functions

will out of work when this photoelectric switch out of work, but if not

affect machine running in the normal. D17 is this photoelectric switch

install position and linkage diagram. This photoelectric switch

corresponding to point X5 of the PLC in the electric box.

Proximity switch on the turntable:

This switch was installed on the groove gear driver gear where

backside of the turntable shaft, there is a 6mm screws on the gear, each

round of the gear the screws will close to the proximity switch one time,

then it will sent the pulse to PLC. This proximity switch corresponding

to point X4 of the PLC in the electric box. D18 is this proximity switch

install position and linkage diagram.

Machine head shaft sensor:

This switch install on the machine head shaft where in the machine

cover, machine head shaft installed pulse disk, machine head shaft each

rotate, it will output one pcs paper, the pulse disk will let this sensor

(photoelectric switch) produce 15 pulses, then the pulses will be sent

to PLC order the machine rotating speed, running calculate and so on.

This photoelectric switch connect with the terminal X6 of PLC. D17 is

this photoelectric switch layout and wiring diagram.This photoelectric

switch have two types wire. One is red, black, blue; other one is red,

white, black. Connect in order is: Power(24V, No.24 wire), signal wire,

ground wire(No.0 wire).

Packing machine sensor:

This photoelectric switch consist of sensor A and sensor B, Its gear

was installed under the packing machine input conveyor, the gear will

rotate by the conveyor chain. When the packing machine pass one pushing

rod, the gear will rotate a turn, the sensor A will output 80 pulses (the

pulse plate is 80 gaps), and the sensor B will output a positioning pulse,

it help the machine get packing machine speed and the position of the

pushing rod of packing machine. Sensor A connect with the terminal X2

of PLC, Sensor B is connect with the terminal X3 of PLC. D19 is packing

machine sensor install position and wiring diagram. This photoelectric

switch have two types wire. One is red, black, blue; other one is red,

white, black. Connect in order is: Power(24V, No.24 wire), signal wire,

ground wire(No.0 wire).
