Preface

Thank you very much for buying our TB 380A Automatic

Wrapping Machine. This machine owns features like: rational

construction, superior performance, nice surface, sturdy and

durable and safety. It must be useful and help you to raise

efficiency.

As we are always working hard for updating the machines,

they will be better and better; you’ll like them more and more.

So we have the right to do and won’t notice you about this.

Our machine will help you to create and enhance the value.

1. Attentions before operating
1) While there are several staffs operating, debugging, or

repairing the machine, please turn off the power and

before start to work, please notice others.

2) Please turn off the power while you are checking the

electrical control diagram, please do not do it while

power turn on! Please call the electrician to check and

repair it, the program is rocked; do not change by any

other staffs.

3) Please do not operate, debug, nor repair the machine after

drunk or feeling tired.

4) The staffs that check and repair this machine should know

much about it and learn more about the knowledge of it.

5) Do not refit the machine before get the right from Foshan

Xiehecheng Machinery Equipment CO., LTD. Do not put the

machine out of the environment allowed

2) Features

1 Adopts wrapping, folding side, and sealing packing way,

structure compact, it’s used for facial tissue

packing.

2 Adopt touch screen and PLC control system.

3 Colorful HIM shows the running state and bugs clearly,

and helps to fine out the bug quickly, save your time

and enhance the product efficiency.

4 Adopts photoelectric sensor and servo motor to control

the plastic film running so that it can save the plastic

film while there are no papers feeding.

5 The static Eliminator, hot code printer, ink-jet

printer can be chosen for client to finished all the

processing.

6 Full-automatic, more professional, high product

efficiency, low failure rate and automatic alarming

system to help to save time.

7 Standard size and mini size can be achieved fast

conversion.

3. Install & debug

1) Install

1 Please put the machine on the flat ground. Please keep

the feed track horizontal while install.

2 Please neither put the machine on shaking ground nor the

environment which has corrosive gas.

3 Do not put the machine in the blowing environment.

4 Do not put the machine under sunshine, hyper thermal and

dry position.

5 Please keep the voltage steady, and ground lead connect

tightly.

6 Please keep the air pressure steady; the air pressure

should be up to 0.6 Mpa.

2) Test-running

The first time put on the power, please check the following:

1 Put on the power switch, Turn on the key switch. Start

the machine, press the functions’ button on the touch

screen to check it whether runs well, all the cylinders

run well, the pneumatic diagram runs well, conveyor

system runs well, sealing system runs well.

2 Checks the ground lead connect tightly.

3 Check the test-running: after insure everything is safe

around the machine, check ① part of machine is running

well, press the “JOG” button, check the main motor

whether runs well, the various actions of machine.

4. Debug & operation

1) Introduction of picture D2

1 The “POWER” lock: control the power on or off

while it’s turned to the “ON” position, the

power will be on, otherwise, the power will be

off.

2 The green “START” button: press this button,

the main motor start working, it’ll be standby

or return the initial position without feeding.

3 The red “STOP” button: press this button, the

main motor will stop working and the machine will

stop at the default status.

4 The black “JOG” button: this button is used to

test the machine, while press it, the machine will

run, otherwise, the machine stop.

5 The red mushroom button: this is urgent stop

button, press this button, main motor and

discharge motor will stop. Button will keep press

state and you can’t start the discharge motor and

main motor. You need to unlock this button.

6 Touch screen: show the parameter and faults, and

setting the parameter on it.

7 Side-Temp: control the temperature of broadside

heaters.

8 End-Temp-Ⅰ: control the temperature of left-end

size heater.

9 End-Temp-Ⅱ: control the temperature of left-end

size heater.

2) Plastic film cutting knife debug

The knife had been debugged at the factory.

Adopt the way as scissors to cut the plastic film, it will more

neat, more flat, more straight, less noise, less friction and

improve the used life of the cutting knife.

① Moving knife adjustment rod: When the moving knife and

static knife can’t contact completely cause the plastic film

wasn’t cut off completely. You need to adjust this rod to make

the plastic film was just to cut off.

② Moving knife: This knife and static knife in the separate

state, There is a certain angle between the blade and the blade.

③ Cutting knife spring: When the plastic film was cut not well,

as can’t cut off completely, move the spring to make the moving

knife to separate the plastic film.

④ Cutting knife arm: It was connect with cutting knife and was

used to adjust the angle between the moving knife and the static

knife.

⑤ Cutting knife rocker: To drive the cutting knife turns

around.

⑥ Static cutting knife: As a benchmark part for adjusting

moving knife after it was finished installing.

⑦ Static cutting knife adjustment screw: It was used to adjust

the position of the static cutting knife.

3) Discharge sealing edge debug

1.Adjustment hand wheel、2.Heating plate bracket、3.Heating plate、4.Heating belt

① Adjustment hand wheel: There are two hand wheels on each side.

They are used to adjust the positions and distant of the heating

belts.

② Heating plate bracket: It is used to adjust the positions

of the heating plate.

③ Heating plate: There is one heating plate on each side, this

is a high hot parts, you need to be careful of it and don’t

touch when it in work.

④ Heating belt: This part was used to transport the product

and prevent the plastic film contact with the heating plate

cause to scorch the plastic film.

4) Side-Sealing part debug

① Adjustment axis: loosen the adjustable handle, twist

adjustment axis, the side-sealing part will be moved vertically,

Stop on the position where the heating plate can seal the

productions.

② Adjustment screw: Fine tuning the angle between the heating

plate and the packing edge of the product.

③ Heating plate: High temperature parts, be used to sealing

the plastic film.

④ Thermocouple: These parts are used to test the heating

plates’ temperature.

5) Plastic film cutting knife debug

1.Pull plastic film section、2.Cutting knife section、3.Press feeding section

① Pull plastic film section: prepare the plastic film, cut out

the power, turn around the hand wheel to pull the plastic film.

② Cutting knife section: be used to cut off the plastic film,

loosen the lock bolt, adjust cutting knife adjustment rod to

make the cutting knife section move vertically, stop on the good

position of the plastic film and the cutting knife can cut well.

③ Press feeding section: This section can be moved vertically

to adjust the packing shape, degree of tightness. Loose the lock

bolt, adjust connecting bar and stop on the good position.

6) Temperature adjustment
The temperature of each temperature controller
should be set by the environment, it should be sealing
steadily and nicely. Usually, the temperature should

be:
1 Side-Temp: 125℃

2 End-Temp-Ⅰ: 195℃

3 End-Temp-Ⅱ: 195℃

7) Function of the touch screen:

Show as the picture D7, click “English” into the running

monitor as picture D8:

Show as the picture D8, the Running Monitor Picture

including the functions as: Date, Time, Packing Speed,

Film length, Total Packing and Reset, Color Mark Enable,

Pull Film, Manual cut, Function Choose, Running Settings,

System Settings, Alarms. At the head line, it shows the

main function and the date and time. “Packing Speed”

function shows the machine running speed. “Film

Length/Color Mark Enable” shows the plastic film packing

length, you can set the film length by data, or use the

color Mark enable model to help to confirm the film length.

“Film Length” function for setting the length by manual,

and this just used for debug the machine, while the machine

running normally, it’d better change into “Color Mark

Enable” model. “Total” function is the counting from

starting packing to the end packing, it helps to count for

the total producing, and the “Reset” function for the

counting to reset to ZERO. “Pull Film” function is used

for the debug the machine by hand wheel, and help to adjust

the blowing and negative pressure parts.

Click into “Running setting” showed as picture D9:

The head line shows as the “Running setting”, date and time.

The date and time are as the same as the picture D8 shows. “Film

Length” function shows the length of the film after cutting.

This data should be the length between two colormarks as usual.

While using the “Colormark Able” function, the tolerance of

the length for cutting film and the setting data is less than

2mm, moreover, the cutting position can be adjustable

automatically. In another hand, if using the “Film Length”

function showed as the picture D8, the tolerance of the cutting

film can’t be adjustable, the length will be more or less.

“Cut Point” function can change the tolerance data of

colormark and photoelectric position, it helps to change the

different kinds of plastic film and get the right length size

more easily.

Click the “System Setting” it will run into the web shows as

the picture D10. You can change the date, time, and the language.

You also can change the contrast by the arrows.

Click the “Alarms”, it will run into the web shows as the

picture D11

The web will show the alarms of the machine, once the something

wrong with the machine, and it will stop and alarming, this web

shows the reason of alarm, after resolve the problem, and press

the “STOP” bottom, and then start the machine.

5. Different production size transforms

6. Steps for operation


After adjust each part, the machine can produce
normally. But before produce, please check the
machine and set the low speed running:
1) Please clean the discharge frame, pull the
plastic film, plastic film cutting section, all
the pushing plates, cylinders, Discharge sealing
edge section, and insure there is nobody operating the

machine around. Turn around the hand wheel; check each

section running well or not.

2) Turn on the power and motor switch, open the touch


screen, and check the pneumatic chart system.
3) Please lead the plastic film, Click the “Pull
Film”, check the pull film motor whether work

well, the plastic film runs at the right position
or not, check it runs easily or not, press the
black button “JOG” to check the machine runs
well or not, then press the green button “START”,
check the machine runs well or not.
4) Testing running
① Put the paper into the feeding groove for the testing

packing. Check the plastic film runs at the right position

or not; check it runs easily or not; check the folding

effect well or not; check the side sealing well or not;

check the edge-guiding runs well or not. At the same time,

adjust the part to make the packing effect is up to the

mustard. During testing packing, please write down the

problems, and resolve them as above after stop running.

② If you not satisfy the packing shape , and check as the

same as above.

5) Producing normally: after adjust all parts well, it can


produce normally.

7. Maintenance & checking


1) Maintenance for each working day:

① Before off work, please clean the machine.

② Before clean, please turn off the power.

1 Please do not spay the water or steam on the machine

2 These sections need to clean

A. If the rubbish accumulates on the feeding section,

please blow it by the compressed air.

B. Please wipe the control panel, safety cover and

surface up by the wet towel.

C. Clean the cover and the rubbish in the accumulator

D. Clean the melt on the heating board.

3 Check the plastic film cutting knife and tearing knife,

each connecting rod’s screws, make sure the screws

screw tightly. If there is something abnormal, please

maintain at once.

4 Check the pneumatic chart, make sure it runs well, if

there is abnormal, please maintain at once.

5 Check the lubricate system and make sure it runs well,

if it is abnormal, please maintain at once.

6 Please isolate the heating board and the heating belts

by the paper to protect the heating belts after stop

the machine. And don’t forget to pick the paper out

before start the machine.

2).Maintenance for each month

① Add grease to each bearing.

② Add grease on the gears and chain wheel.

③ Check the chains’ tension, keep them tightly.

④ Check the screws on the machine and keep them tightly.

⑤ Check the reduction box, let it runs in the range, and

add lubricate oil into it.

⑥ Maintain and check the pneumatic parts and lubricating

pump.

⑦ Maintain and check the electrical equipments.

3).Maintenance for half of year

① Check the connecting parts and gear box, If they abrade

badly, please change a new one, otherwise, please

change the lubricating oil.

② Check the cams’ track and bearing, if they abrade and

impact for running, please change the new ones.

③ Please change the lubricating oil in the oil tank.

④ Check the bearings, if they abrade and impact for

running, please change the new ones.

⑤ Check the rubber roll, if they abrade and impact for

running, please change the new ones.

⑥ Check the quick-wear parts, such as the heating bars,

knives, heating belt and so on, please change them on

time.

⑦ Check the wire and keep it connecting tightly.

Please clean the machine every working day, and

maintain it on time to help to keep the machine in the

excellence working condition, it also helps to extend

the life of the machine. Thank you very much.
