Daniel 3: Reflection
5 Things that I learned:
God is always with us just as He was inside the fiery furnace. With Him on our side nothing
can defeat us. The God of Sadrach, Meshach, and Abednego is still the same God in the
present and the future. As Christians, we should be watchful because anyone could test our
faith in God even our loved ones and the people near us. Whatever happens, we should not
be ashamed of the gospel.

Questions that came to my mind as I read the chapter:

1. Is the image mentioned in Daniel 2 and 3 the same?
2. Where is Daniel during this time when his friends are persecuted?

3. King Nebuchadnezzar said in Daniel 3:29 , “Therefore I make a decree, That every
people, nation, and language, which speak anything amiss against the God of Shadrach,
Meshach, and Abednego, shall be cut in pieces, and their houses shall be made a
dunghill: because there is no other God that can deliver after this sort.”

Did King Nebuchadnezzar still not receive the God of Daniel as his personal Savior?
What does the message of Daniel 3: 29 means?

What you think God is asking you to or apply in your life.

We should stand like a brave for our faith. We should not deny God even in the face of
problems.
In our day to day life, we should not just go along with the flow of the world or follow what
people tell us. Instead, with prayer and a careful look, we must rethink if that decision will lead
us to the truth or not, if it will lead us to heaven or hell.
