1.0 INTRODUCTION
All praises and adoration are due to Allah (SWT), may the peace and blessings of Allah (SWT)
be upon the holy prophet Muhammad (SAW) his family, companions and entire Ummah. Till
the day of Judgement.
This is the administrative and financial report of activities of MSSN BDAC for the year 1442/
1445 AH to the MSSN Niger area unit at 20th triennial state conference, Borgu 2024.
However, MSSN BDAC was established in the year 1976 immediately after creation of Niger
unit.
Thus, the administration under review was inaugurated on Sunday, MUHARAM 1445 AH (4 th
January, 2021 CE) at JNI office Bida. With (57) executive members under Leadership of bro
Umar Abdullahi Shafii as Ameer.

Within the period under reference, the MSSN Bida Area Council has pursued/is pursuing
rigorously the project of the development on her plot of land and developing the business land
given to Council by JNI.

10.0 CHALLENGES
1. Financial cripple to fund Council Programs
2. Members from branches and Council's Executives not turning up towards program as
supposed.
3. Inability to be able to commence the development of MSSN plot of land project.
4. Truancy and late coming to weekly meeting by most members.
5. Lack of full participation in program and activities by members.
6. Inadequate payment of Terminal due and monthly contributions by branches and
members respectively.
7. Executive Members not submitting report after completion of task given to them.
8. Many Council Executives and members refusal to return borrowed money
9. Poor record documentation by the Executive members
10. Many members are not technologically savvy to fit in with the contemporary demand
11.0 RECOMMENDATIONS
1. Constant reminder and encouragements to members and executives should be
intensified
2. Inauguration of new secondary schools and higher institutions
3. Rehabilitation of the Area Council Secretariat
4. Ensuring proper records after report of any assignment/activities
5. Resuscitation of MSSN Forum in Council activities
6. Proper revival of Area Council Working Committee (ACWC)
7. Higher Branches should endeavor to attend each other’s activities
8. Committee on the Council's land development should intensify their efforts.
9. More security be provided to the Council, particularly fixing of burglaries.
10. That Higher Institution and Secondary School branches should be encouraged to
intensify effort in developing the academic standard of their members

11. Branches zoning system should be properly looked into to ease Council’s administrative
work
12. That the idea of skills acquisition should be resuscitated at all cadres of the Society
13. That the existing rapport between all Higher Institution and Secondary school Branches
in the Area Councils should be improved
14. That the Secretary General should intensify closeness with the Higher Institution and
Secondary school Branches Secretariat
15. Higher Institution and Secondary school Branches should always submit their Shura,
Administrative and financial report after their handing over for documentation.
16. The next administration should look into giving transport subsidy to Executives at all
programs depending on the Councill’s financial stand
12.0 CONCLUSION
Alhamdulillah! We pray that the Almighty Allah accepts our effort as an act of Ibadah and
overlook our shortcomings, Ameen. We are and shall always remain sincerely grateful to our
elder brothers of the Society who had contributed immensely to the successes of our programs.
Umara of Branches, Members of the Area Council Working Committee (ACWC) for having
spared their time whenever they are called upon to render service to the course of Allah. To the
entire membership (Brothers and Sisters), we thank you for your support and prayers. May
