intensely inspected, using globally
acceptable specifications, so as to ensure
the desired quality of extracted Shea butter.

screened for the right qualifications and character. The Company will go
a further step to periodically retrain personnel in various disciplines all
targeted at improving operational structure and framework and general
performance on the job.

Faku Agro Allied Limited, a well-established agro-focused
company, which specializes in exportation of agricultural
commodities, agro-processing and rural development projects and
Shea butter processing factory.

FACTORY/PLANT
The shea butter processing plant is installed to process a daily
capacity of 200 metric tons of Shea nuts. An annual production
capacity of 25,344 metric tons of Shea butter is projected from a
processed capacity of 52, 800 metric tons of Shea nuts.

Faku Agro Allied Limited will establish a Shea Butter Processing Plant,
which will be designed, constructed and installed by the Indian plant
manufacturers, Kumar Metal Industries PVT Limited. On inception, the
Plant will be designed to process a daily capacity of 200 MT of Shea
Nuts, which produces 96MT of Shea butter.
The Shea butter processing plant is 100% export oriented unit with
advanced features and can be maintained at a low cost. The produced
Shea butter meets the international quality standards.
The primary processing area in the factory will host the milling plant,
while the secondary processing area will host the solvent extraction

4.3 Shea Butter Extraction Plant Set-up
The Shea butter processing plant will be installed in the Company s
factory site, located at Abuja-Kaduna expressway, FCT Abuja. On
completion of the factory installation, a test-run will be undertaken,
in which recruited production personnel will be intensely trained on
the production process and adopted in accordance with the QHSE.
Thereafter, the factory will be inspected and the production processes
certified by Standard Organization of Nigeria (SON) and National
Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC). At
this point, the company will trademark the Shea butter and
production will fully commence. The technical staff of Kumar Metal
Industries PVT Limited will coordinate, operate and maintain the
production plant for the first 2 years of operations; training the
production personnel and developing local content.
The company will follow a sequence of events and activities in the
course of setting up the factory prior to commencement of
production in January
