DISMANTLING, INSPECTION, INSTALLING AND STARTUP
 Ensure all preparations completed before Dismantling of turbines, and procedures to be
sequences under safe standard procedures for Turbine rotor removal.
 Turbine accessories should inspected as per recommended specific codes and standard
 Visual, dimensional and body condition of rotors, bearings, casing condition, internals,
externals and supporting
 Replaceable parts should be ensure of specific code and standard, material, design, its
package under Preservation,
 Maintain the all clearances under the tolerances as per manufacture protocols
 Witnessing preparation and inspection of specific testing’s as per recommended
 Ensure final box up inspection clearance like short bolting, torque, standard rating gasket &
face inspections as per specific code and standards
 TA-MECHANICAL: Rotor replacement, position and leveling checks, float and alignments,
installations & calibrations as per recommended procedures
 Clearness of Sub system of lube oil and cooling media flushing, filter element replacement
and calibrations, auto cuts, dor and box up checks for Start up of main systems
 STARTUP PROCEDURES: Sub system of lube oil and cooling media flushing, filter element
replacement and calibrations, auto cuts and solo runs of drivers final alignment. Mechanical
Run & Performing tests, under capacity testing check all parameters are in as per
manufactures recommended data sheet, and finally check the equipment tripping system for
protection and working under normal operational conditions.

► ERACTION, PRE-COMMISSIONING & COMMISSIONING REFINERY PROJECT:

AKG 1&2, PPU, GAS RE-INJECTION PLANT, GAS COMPRESSION PACKAGE, ISOM, CCR,
PRIME-G & FCC,
 Coordination with safety department. Supervise, Manage and support subcontractors to
proceed with construction effectively in accordance with project specifications under safe
conditions. Ensure effective implementation of preservation activities on equipments & system
with the project.
 Ensure necessary construction drawings and materials in advance of construction
implementation. Manage construction progress by checking daily, weekly and monthly work
done quantities and prepare construction reports. Supervise and ensure construction
quality in accordance with project specification and ITP,
 Inspection and audits of site Installing procedures and installations as per recommended
drawings P&ID and ISO & GAD.
 Supervision the timely completion of projects to daily monitoring of progress, preparing of
assignment plans, schedules, based on priorities for Pre-commissioning & Commissioning
activities. Such as Erection audit, Alignment checks, Mechanical clearance, Hydro testing,
Cleaning, Flushing, Box-ups, Punching list, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Machine
Test runs, Plant start-ups, ect for all Rotary & Static Equipments.
 Ensure all checks completed and health condition of Sub system.
 Commissioning execution, calibration & testing of instruments prior to installation, visual
inspections for mechanical completions and correct installation
 Preparation & develop of designed test procedures for field performing test phase
their functioning smooth in pre-functional and functional tests by Load variations & flow.
 Coordinate with other disciplines or departments to resolve interface issues. Monitor and
check daily activities, Coordinate the activity between external & internal stakeholders,
especially clients.
 Monitoring of work progress and progress weekly reports of status of each assignment,
ensuring all procedures and calculations are submitted to the client for review and approval.
Execute and submit inspection documentation works for static and rotating equipments to
assure that the required that the required forms used in testing submitted are approved by
client representative as per ITP such as
 Installation checklist for static/rotating equipments
 Inspection, Pressure testing, Flushing and mechanical checkouts
