A RESOLUTION ON IMPROVING ACCESS TO INFORMATION THROUGH

WHEREAS, Maydolong National High School shall ensure that public funds are properly utilized for
what it is intended for, that is, public service;
WHEREAS, the SGC shall promote transparency of information pertaining to school operation and
performance to maintain public trust;
WHEREAS, the SGC shall assist the school in communicating information to the school
stakeholders through the SRC, Transparency Board and other means of communication;
WHEREAS, the Council may adopt electronic dissemination of information through a validated and
official social media account;

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT SGC-MNHS shall create its official Facebook
page and Google account to be used for official communications and transactions.

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT copies of this resolution be furnished to the ______________________

and copy be furnished to the office of the school head.
